Kapitel 58: Unknown Number

Astrids POV

The tension in the last couple of days has been uncomfortable. Instead of me avoiding Cohen, he was now avoiding me. I barely saw him the last couple of days he just kept himself busy with work.

I was trying my best not to care but deep down I felt as if my heart was breaking. The fact that he no longer cared what I did worried me. Would we ever get back to how things were before this mess?

With a deep sigh, I got up from the couch. Walking towards the kitchen I grabbed a water bottle from the fridge. Sloane and Arista had decided to go to the beach but I wasn't feeling in the mood for a beach day so I stayed back.

I watched Netflix all day. It was as if I and Cohen were worlds apart when we were in the same house. Suddenly my phone vibrates and I see a text from an unknown number.

Unknown #: hey amber eyes remember me?

Frowning I immediately text back

Me: I'm sorry but you seem to have the wrong number
