Kapitel 280: His Care For Her

(Two Months Later)

"Oh! Ohhh! Zyy! Wake up! The baby is kicking," Skyla shouted and shook her sleeping husband.

He woke up with a jerk, his arms flailing as he came back to the land of the living where his wife was excitedly calling him. 

His sleepy eyes found her excited ones as she grabbed his hand and placed it on her bare belly. 

"Here! Can you feel it? It's like small bubbles floating inside of me," she earnestly informed him.

Zyair's long fingers rested on her protruding belly as he felt the skin shifting under it. His eyes had broadened fully as his mouth opened in marvel at this miracle. 

"I can feel it. She is kicking, she is really kicking," he almost screamed in excitement. His hands lifted more of Skyla's shirt and held both sides of her round belly. Lowering his head, Zyair pressed his lips into her soft skin, exactly where the baby had been moving.
