Going back to work after Mia’s accident isn’t easy, but she finally feels ready to get her life back on track.

She opens her front door, stepping out to the street by herself for the first time in weeks, breathing in the fresh air. It smells like freedom. She and Elon have agreed to carpool to work, but this morning he left a few hours earlier than Mia because he had an early meeting to attend.

Mia has no idea what she’s going to walk into, but if Elon’s worry is any indication, morale clearly isn’t very high.

The first thing she sees when she walks through the large glass doors of the company’s building is a blur in the shape of a person, quickly descending upon her. It isn’t until she feels arms wrapping around her that she realizes it’s Louise.
