"B-Brother?" Trisha's eyes quivered as she stumbled back, not expecting to see such a scary side of her usually gentle and nice brother.

In fact, he had never gotten angry at her before, no matter how mischievous she was or how many pranks she carried out.

This was the first time, and that too for no reason other than telling him to go to the hospital.

Linard's eyes shook as if he realized something and immediately turned his head away as he clutched his face.

Trisha didn't know what to say, but she felt as if she lost her voice to ask him why he reacted like that. Was he that sad and angry? No…that couldn't be. My brother is calmer than this.

"Trisha…" Linard finally spoke in a low voice and continued, "I…I am sorry but please just go home. I have to go somewhere else right now."

Trisha's brows pulled together, but before she could ask him anything, Linard ran away in the opposite direction and got inside a taxi in a hurried manner.
