Kapitel 1: A boy, Coffee and Rain.

"Ahhh! They are coming! The lizard men are coming!".

Panic and chaos had engulfed the kingdom as the ominous shadow demons advanced, their piercing red eyes filled with malice.

Screams of terror echoed through the streets as citizens frantically pushed and shoved their way through the crowd, desperate to flee the approaching danger.

In the midst of the chaos, the lizard men emerged from the shadows, their razor-sharp teeth and scaly bodies sending shivers down the spines of those unfortunate enough to cross their path.

The once peaceful kingdom was now under siege by these sinister creatures, their power and strength overwhelming the knights and guards who fought tirelessly to protect their people.

The clashing of swords and the sound of magic spells being cast filled the air as the brave warriors valiantly battled the shadow demons, their bravery the only thing standing between the kingdom and its total destruction.

As the young man stepped foot into the Kingdom, his dark attire contrasted sharply against the backdrop of the once beautiful city, now engulfed in chaos and destruction.

His black hair shimmered under the gloomy sky, reflecting the dim light of the sun trying to pierce through the thick clouds above.

A mysterious chain, in the shape of a small book, hung around his neck, glinting in the light as he walked.

Disdain etched on his face as he surveyed the destruction around him. People were running for their lives, some getting trampled underfoot by the panicked crowd.

Lizardmen with their scaly skin and razor-sharp teeth were attacking anyone in their path, while the shadow demons possessed those unfortunate enough to get too close.

The young man shook his head in disgust.

"Tch! I thought the so-called heroes were supposed to take care of things like this." He muttered under his breath, his eyes scanning the area for a way to deal with the situation.

A group of women, each dressed in impeccable black outfits, stood behind a young boy. They appeared to be part of an organized group, each one of them surveying the scene before them with a watchful eye.

As one of the women moved closer to the boy, she spoke in a calm and collected tone, her hand tucked neatly in front of her. "Do you plan on assisting them, master?" she asked, her gaze still fixed on the scene before them.

"Honestly, I say we just let them die." Another woman spoke, hovering the sky on her broom.

The boy let out a heavy sigh, his hand reaching behind him to retrieve a blade from its sheath. "I don't really have much of a choice," he replied with a hint of resignation in his voice. "The old man has already paid for this job, so I might as well get it over with".

Despite his reluctance, the boy's movements were precise and calculated as he prepared to carry out his task.

The women behind him remained poised and alert, their eyes scanning the area for any signs of danger. It was clear that this was a group of highly skilled individuals, prepared to face any challenge that came their way.

The young man advanced forward with measured steps, his blade held out to the side. As he moved, he began to speak in a steady, unwavering voice.

"I know nothing of fear, and nothing of defeat," he declared, his words ringing out clear and strong. "I remain steadfast even when faced with unyielding danger."

As he spoke, the chain around his neck began to glow with a vibrant, red energy that spread outwards, enveloping the young man's body in a pulsating aura.

"For this, I have sustained the requirements and refused the gods," he continued, his voice growing more powerful with each passing moment. "Open to me, your master requests it so... Lilivil!".

With these words, the chain book around his neck burst open, unleashing a surge of redl energy. The air crackled with power as the energy surged outwards, enveloping the young man and his surroundings in a glowing, otherworldly light.

The women behind him watched in awe as the magic surged forth, recognizing the immense power that their master wielded. The young man himself remained calm and focused, his eyes fixed on the task at hand.

...

In the midst of a heavy downpour, a group of students could be seen chasing after a figure wearing a uniform across the deserted streets. One of the students yelled out, "Oi! Stop running, you bastard!".

The figure, identified as Ethan, clutched a cup of coffee close to his chest as he ran as fast as he could, trying desperately to evade his pursuers.

Despite the wet conditions, Ethan moved with an agility that belied his slender frame, weaving in and out of the empty streets with ease.

The group of students chasing him were relentless, their shouts echoing through the rain-soaked streets as they closed in on their prey. Ethan could hear their footsteps pounding behind him, urging him to move faster.

As he ran, his thoughts raced, trying to come up with a plan to escape the relentless pursuit of his pursuers.

The rain continued to pour down, obscuring his vision and making the ground slick and treacherous underfoot. But even as he slipped and stumbled, Ethan never gave up, driven by an unrelenting desire to escape his pursuers and make it to safety.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a rock hurled by one of the students hit Ethan at the back of his head, causing him to stumble and fall to the ground.

The cup of coffee he had been clutching slipped from his grasp and shattered on the wet pavement, the hot liquid mixing with the rainwater and spilling in all directions.

As he lay there dazed and disoriented, the group of students descended on him, their angry voices filling the air.

"You bastard! You think you can steal from me and get away with it?" One of them shouted, his face twisted in anger.

But Ethan was barely aware of what they were saying. His eyes were fixed on the spilled coffee, his expression empty and dark. The pain in his head was excruciating, and he could feel the blood trickling down the back of his neck.

Despite the pain and the chaos around him, Ethan remained remarkably calm. His thoughts were focused on the spilled coffee, the dark liquid mixing with the rain and disappearing into the gutter.

It was a small thing, but in that moment, it seemed to matter more than anything else in the world.

The angry student continued to berate Ethan, his voice rising to a shout. "Quit ignoring me, you bastard!" He yelled, his frustration boiling over.

Without warning, he landed a fierce punch on Ethan's already injured face, causing him to cry out in pain. The other students quickly joined in, surrounding Ethan and raining down blows and kicks from all sides.

Despite the barrage of attacks, Ethan remained eerily calm, his gaze still fixed on the spilled coffee on the ground. He made no attempt to defend himself, simply absorbing the blows and taking the punishment without a word.

"Ahhh… I'm..so.. hungry".
