Kapitel 49: How did you spill the coffee?

Abigail avoided eye contact with him and went to bed while he was eating. She had not yet been able to calm her racing heart. Her entire body tingled as she remembered the incident from a while ago.

She smiled shyly and hid under the blanket. She was excited and eager to see him, but she was also nervous about facing him.

She no longer had any doubts about him and believed the woman she had seen with him was only his friend. She also started to think that he was starting to like her. At last, he would fall in love with her.

Under the blanket, Abigail bit her bottom lip. Joy, excitement, and anticipation mixed in her heart. Her brain was hyperactive. 

She was too excited to get any sleep. She was curious about what he would do with her when he went to bed. Would he resume where he had left off?

"Uh? Why is my heart beating so hard?" She wondered, placing her hand on her breastbone.
