Christian, who was seated next to me, put his arm over my waist unexpectedly.

"What are we doing in a movie theater when we're 17? I thought you had way more talent than that, my spouse." Looking at him, I said. He smirked after he was amused by what I told him.

"This isn't nothing, baby. You're already familiar with my bedtime routine." He said the last sentence in hushed tones just so I could hear him.

I wasn't able to.

I couldn't stop a flush from creeping up my cheeks. I felt compelled to strike him.

"There are kids around." He laughed as I hissed and smacked his chest.
