Joanna sat inside her car which was stationed outside Carter's club, with trembling hands she stared at the gun while listening to the ongoing news about her from the speaker. She didn't know how things escalated to this point, but then the Russos couldn't have waited to hear from her, before alerting the media about what she had done.

Although, they hasn't been any news yet to confirm if truly Micheal was dead. Joanna prayed that he survives that, she didn't know what has went into her to pull the trigger on him but she was blinded with the need to find Carter, before he puts her in more danger than she was in right now.

So, that's why she's here standing outside his club which looked like it was out of business for the night, she couldn't find any of his men outside and the light was turned off, so it could only mean that Carter has run away.
