Kapitel 39: Visit At Collider Scope Entertainment

"Right Now, I no longer have a manager, just Lisa , as assistant. Which means I have to personally go and discuss my own deals. Even though, $ still has a few things to finish off, and Linda has one more cover for me to shoot , fortunately, she would be sending someone here and I won't need to fly back to Mexico for this"

Noah touched her hair and admired her confidence as he smiled, "Give me your E-mail Login, when I have time I will help you discuss"

"Mr. Noah, you promised that you won't be interfering with my business!" Said Sophie.

"I haven't or I am not providing you with any resources, nor have I used any money to help you create contacts, as your husband, can't I share a bit of your responsibility !?" Noah responded

Sophie had no choice but to nod her head , "Okay, Mr. Noah, but just this once. "

The married couple worked well together to decide on the job , afterwards, they got out of bed and enjoyed their breakfast. However, just as Sophie was about to leave the house , she received a phone call from Lisa.

"Sophie, Amber has received an invitation from the organizing committee of the top ten model awards. The whole company is filled with excitement. "

"When is the award ceremony !?" Sophie's eyes held a deeper meaning as she asked .

"In ten 10 days, during this time, Amber will be proud again, I wonder how she managed to bribe the judges, " Lisa couldn't help but be curious. "Sophie, Do you think she did something sneaky behind Nathan's back !?"

"Since you can't help but be curious, I am sure Nathan will feel almost the same way." Sophie maintained her usual calmness, "Let her be proud, after all it will only be for 10 days. After this 10 days, Amber will no longer exist in the modeling industry."

"One more thing, the organizing committee has invited you to be a guest presenter on the night."

"Okay, Lisa. I will be dropping by the office in a bit,"

Since she had decided to take on the contract after discussing with Noah, according to the supplementary contract, she would need to present it to the higher ups at Global Pictures. However she had a bad feeling that the higher ups would reject this job.

"In that case , I will come and pick you up now. Amber is currently at the office, she has turned back to a crab , walking sideways all over the company."

Sophie laughed in disapproval.

About Half An Hour later Lisa arrived at Tribeca with her car. Upon seeing Sophie's refreshed expression, she couldn't help but tease her.

"The Big Boss has been serving you well it seems,"

"Be serious!"

Sophie couldn't help her cheeks from blushing red.

"Oh, Yeah. Now that Ashley Is Gone, Global Pictures must want to organize a new manager for you. What do you plan on doing about this !?"

"I don't need a manager." Sophie shook her head, "I can discuss my own contacts. And you can sit by my side and give me your opinions!"

"Are you sure you will do it yourself !?"

Lisa was doubtful, even if Sophie was willing , there was no way that Noah would allow her to do so.

"I can't hide anything from you… Noah Is helping me out."

Sophie had no choice but to reveal the truth.

"WOW! Big Boss's Abilities are super impressive. Let me tell you Sophie , you are not using him to his full potential yet,"

The two chatted and laughed as they entered the Global pictures. However, the vibe of the office was a bit different today. Sophie wanted to meet Nathan, But , Nathan's secretary told Sophie that he was currently in a meeting. However, when Lisa went to have a look , there was obviously no one In the meeting room. Whereas, overloud laughter could be heard coming from Nathan's room.

Sophie sneered, but she didn't want to make things difficult for the secretary. It seemed, Nathan and the others were inside celebrating. Not wanting to see her for obvious reasons.

Now that Amber had revived her career a bit, the happiest person to hear this news was none other than Kathy, since she wanted so badly to control and see her completely destroyed.

Originally, she had already given up on Amber. But, who would have thought, while swords were drawn between Global pictures and Sophie, she managed to turn the tables. Qualifying for the top ten model awards and becoming an award winner.

"Congratulations Amber. As you are one of the award winners you have also been invited to the model election's bright night gala. There will be famous artists from all different companies attending and plenty of fashion and resources. You need to make the most of this opportunity. There are also rumors going on about a special guest on the night. Of course, Sophie is also invited. But..." Kathy held up Sophie's invitation letter in front of Nathan and Amber and tore it in half. "…she shouldn't dream of going there,"

"Kathy, Do you think this is a good idea !?" Nathan was sitting on the table, he laughed mockingly at Sophie

Amber froze, as an uneasy look swept across her face. Holding back her uneasiness, she replied, "Did Sophie say something to you !?"

"Don't throw the focus onto Sophie every time something happens to or for you. All I am asking is , did you do anything behind the scenes with the judges !?"

Nathan looked at Amber with a disheartened expression. He lifted her jaw and looked straight into her eyes.

"The darkness in this industry, do you think I am not more familiar than you !? For you I almost involved my mother. If you betray me , then our relationship is over,"

"Nathan, I am also surprised that I have got an award." Amber forced herself to remain calm and acted like she normally did.

"Don't let me find out you did something dirty! For you, I have gotten at this point with Sophie. Don't you dare to stab me at the back."

"I still have your child in my stomach, as if I would do anything reckless," Replied Amber.

The child was Amber's ultimate guarantee. Nathan analyzed Amber for a while, and in the end he decided to trust her words.

"Fine…Fine, I trust you."

If god wanted to destroy a person, he would first make them do crazy things and right now, Amber was amongst these craziness. She had no idea, she was playing with fire. All she was dreaming about, was standing on the award stage.

As Amber was notified of receiving an award , changes were made to Global Pictures'upcoming jobs. Nathan gathered up all the company's hire ups in a meeting. He told them about the incident where Sophie threatened Kathy with cancelling her contract. He wanted them to give up on Sophie and focus on Amber, as well as support newcomers.

Upon finding out, Sophie would leave sooner than later, the higher ups had no choice but to accept whatever Nathan's suggestions were.

At this time , Sophie was still shooting the commercial for the french brand.

After her work was done, Lisa quickly approached her with a jacket to cover her up.

"Now it's done, do you want to return to Global Pictures, to discuss the new contract with them !?"

"Let's not talk about that for now!" Sophie replied. She was certain, that now Amber was to receive an award, there was no way that Global pictures would be lenient towards her. Also at the same time, Global Pictures's Higher ups were more focused on making profits and while Noah's suggestion was right in its way and it had its purpose and pros, it happened to be too much of a risk. If she was to present it now, it would definitely be rejected straight away.

"Sophie, during this time, you have to be careful, Kathy and the other two are working together to now go against you. It's really hard to tell what they are going to do behind your back."

Lisa helped her remove her makeup and change into her own clothing. She then escorted her out of the studio.

"Should I try to bring out evidence of Amber bribing the judges !?" Lisa asked.

"Lisa , It's not been official for us to offend the judges. It's probably what Amber wants us to do now. As it's so easy to burn ourselves at the moment. Let's not risk it. We already have her life and death In our hands. We don't need to do anything Extra."

Sophie had thought everything over very carefully. Since Amber was brave enough to do something like this, she was definitely prepared. She was even brave enough to betray Nathan. What else wouldn't she do !?

They will let her get away and receive the award, there was no need to stop her.

After all , at the end, she will fall down at the dark depths of the Abyss.

"Where should we go now !?" Lisa asked another question.

"To Collider Scope. Let's pick up Noah from work from one time," Sophie lifted her twinkling eyes, since she had finished work now, all she wanted to do was be a wife.

Lisa smiled slightly, the relationship between Sophie & Big Boss was improving day by day. And she couldn't help but feel happy for her.

5PM, The Entire New York was still busy at work. Sophie arrived at the cafe, opposite Collider Scope entertainment and sat herself down as she sent Noah a message.

"After Work, Please go to the cafe opposite of your building, I want to share a dinner with President Noah"

Noah had just finished an extremely long meeting, upon seeing Sophie's message, he immediately replied.

"Do you want to come and keep me company at the office !?"

"If I Come I will grab everyone's attention, it's best If I don't,"

Sophie actually wanted to go, she wanted to see how grand the office is , of the entertainment industry's big boss was.

"Come to the basement park, I will send Ethan to bring you through the secret backside entry of the building,"

If Collider Scope didn't have arrangements for confidentiality, how could they be known as an entertainment empire!?

"In That Case Wait For Me,"

After typing the reply and sending it to Noah, Sophie wrapped herself up and walked over to the basement car park of the Collider Scope entertainment building, with Lisa.

Ethan was already waiting, he escorted her through the secret entry straight up to the 44th floor - The CEO's Office.

"Madam, As long as you want to come, just tell the president and I will come to pick you up. At the collider scope, you don't need to worry about confidentiality," Ethan explained while taking her through the secret entry, "All the stuff at the company has already signed an agreement, if any gossip is spread through the company, they will have to compensate 1 Billion dollars for breaching their contracts. So even if they see anything, you don't need to worry about them saying anything,"

As expected, Noah had his own way of ruling his Empire.

As the lift went directly to Noah's office, Sophie didn't need to worry about running into any of the staff of collider scope.

As soon as she stepped out of the lift, she saw Noah's huge office, Sophie was relieved.

The office was styled very differently to the Spanish palace look they had at home. Noah's office was minimalist with angular metal furnishings. This showed his efficient and dignified approach towards work. Making those who entered the room , subconsciously feel a sense of respect.

At Present, The man behind the office table was focused on signing through documents before him, the mole in his right ear made him look reliable yet seductive. So as they say, 'Men are the most attractive when they are serious,'

Sophie stood in a distance at a daze, until Noah tilted his head up and noticed her standing there.

"Go take a seat on the sofa for a bit," Noah said gently as he turned to Ethan and Instructed, "Go prepare some Black Tea and Pastries. And also grab the blanket on the way,"

"Yes President!" Replied Ethan.

Sophie watched as Noah quickly signed all the documents and walked up to sit beside her.

"Why didn't you bring Lisa Up !?"

Sophie, who had her eyes focused on the documents on the table, turned around towards Noah, "She said , She didn't want to be a lightbulb," said Sophie.

Ethan entered the office with the pastries and handed the blanket to Noah. Noah took the blanket off his hand and immediately covered Sophie's legs with it.

"The air conditioning is a bit strong here,"

Sophie smiled, before reaching out her hands to nudge Noah, "Go back to your work. Don't disturb me from enjoying the beautiful scenery,"

"Beautiful Scenery !?" Noah asked.

"The sight of you working," Sophie replied.

Noah had no choice , but to walk back to his table and continue working.

Meanwhile, Sophie resisted her tiredness for a while, before , leaning against the sofa and falling asleep.

Noah got up off his chair to reposition her body horizontally in the sofa , and placed a pillow in her head , covering her with a blanket. She actually wanted to keep him company, even though, she was so tired from work.

People went in and out of Noah's office. Not only Ethan, but also his secretary and a few companies higher ups and staff at a higher level.

Every person who walked in , would have a different expression when they walked out. As they entered, they were calm, but upon exiting, they were so surprised, their eyes almost popped out of their heads.

'The Big Boss Is Taken !!?'

'Who was the beautiful woman in big Boss's office !?'

'There is actually a person who is bold enough to fall asleep at the boss's office !?'

'The way Big Boss looks at that Beauty is gentle, like water. My God this is big news'

However, after leaving the office, as they weren't allowed to gossip, each person felt like they were going to explode.

'How amazing would the woman have to be, to have the attention of the big boss !?'

'could she be a current famous superstar!?'

Sophie was resting peacefully, she rested well. She had no idea that she had already put collider scope into a frenzy

8PM

Noah finally finished his work, and carefully carried Sophie in his arm out at the building into his Rolls Royce. Because of the noise outside, Sophie finally woke up. She opened her eyes and gazed at Noah gently.

"You finished work !?"

"What would you like to eat !?" Noah started the engine as he gently asked her.

"You decide!" Sophie tilted her head and wrapped her hands around Noah's right arm. As she Continued her nap.
