Kapitel 31: SYLUS: Going Public

"Harley."  

"What, Sylus?" 

I narrowed my eyes at her for a few seconds before flipping her over onto her back on the bed. "I've never met someone more annoying than you. Do you know how many times I think of taping your mouth every day?" My gaze left her doe eyes to land on her dimples.

Harley cocked her head to the side, looking up at me almost daringly. "Likewise, Sylus. If there is another thing we have in common, it's the fact that we hate each other, and you don't want to know how deep it runs. I want to break you."  

"Oh?" I said, amused, almost as if the anger I felt moments ago vanished. "Do you think you can? Do you want me to give you a chance to try, gattino?" 

"You…" Harley mumbled, looking a little flustered. Her dimples appeared on her cheek, and she shook her head, her tousled hair framing her face like a halo. How beautiful, Lord.
