Kapitel 226: Her Treasure was no Longer Around

With Darling still in her arms, Ye Qing Xin followed Su Ming Yuan to the guest room. She swept her gaze around the place and stopped at the large bed in the middle of the room.

The sound of Su Ming Yuan clearing his throat made her look up again.

"That..." Su Ming Yuan scratched his neck. "My mother often comes over and stays here for the night."

Ye Qing Xin nodded. Just as she was about to ask Su Ming Yuan about the window that her cat used to sneak in, Darling jumped off her embrace and onto the mattress.

The cat pushed the pillow and tried to lift the blanket as if she was looking for something.

Seeing the way her cat was behaving turned Ye Qing Xin's face red. She did not know why was her cat acting this way. The bed was tidy, but her cat was making a mess.

"Darling!"

Su Ming Yuan's heart was jumping again when he heard the name. Then, he had to remind himself that this word was not used to call him.
