Kapitel 696: Ocien

Express Station, Ocien.

"Finally.." Max stretched his body, as he walked out of the Express car. The journey this time had ended peacefully without much trouble.

"I thought your luck with express car was bad." Naze gave Max a look. This guy, who was supposed to be his bodyguard, had no idea that the danger had literally brushed past them. If the Old man didn't end up having a peaceful conversation with Max, it would have been an entirely different story.

But, this guy didn't even seem to have noticed it, or was most likely trying to act foolish.

"You are acting aren't you? It's not like you didn't realize that old man was dangerous?" Max carefully observed his expression, and sure enough, Naze's brows twitched a bit on hearing that.

This guy clearly had felt dangerous vibes from the old man, but had pretended as if he hadn't seen him. Most likely to not get involved in it.

"What are you talking about? That old man was dangerous?"

Obviously, he had to put up an act.
