Kapitel 194: Another Prince

His words came back to me and so did the hauntingly solemn expression on his face when he said those words to me. For the life of me, I had no idea what he meant.

“How can I possibly not be me?” I muttered to myself.

“What are you thinking about all alone again, Mila?” Salena asked from close behind me.

“Huh? Nothing. I was just reflecting on my lesson from yesterday,” I replied after turning around to face her.

Hopefully, she did not hear what I had said just now. It would have sounded so strange, and I didn’t want to explain anything else anymore.

“Will Prince Leonard be here today?” Jessie asked brightly.

“Yes, he should be…” I replied.

“He really does favor you so much. You’re so lucky, Mila…” Jessie said while clapping her hands together excitedly.

“I’m not so sure about that…” I mumbled softly.
