"And what are the consequences if I do not" I asked. Let's see what these old geezers have planned. So they were all scheming to secure their family with the throne.

"You do not want to find out Your Highness. We expect you to put the needs of the pack first."

I started laughing as soon as he said that. The council members were all perplexed as to why I was laughing in a serious situation.

"What is the meaning of this laughter? This is a serious situation that needs attention"

"A serious situation you say! You Need attention! How about you worry about what concerns the pack" I said as I stood up.

I change my tone from casual to frightening and domineering. "As of this morning, almost three-quarters of our excess food supply had been destroyed by a raging pestilence and all you can think of is how to wed your daughters to me"
