 "So do you forgive me?"

 Nyx faced her, "Do you want me to?"

"Of course I do. I do not mind if I get punished by Oberon, but as long as you forgive me, I am okay."

 Nyx laughed, "Hm, good."

 "Risa you see. You were being fed with lies, and well it was not entirely your fault though, but I do not see the reason why you wanted to kill me."

 Risa's eyes stung with tears, and she looked away, "I.. was wrong. It is just that.. till now, I have still not met my mate. You met yours when you were eighteen, how come I have not met mine? I was just so jealous and pained"

 Nyx blinked, "I.. never realized he was my mate. I did not smell his scent, so I thought he just married me for formal.."

 "You did not smell him? What do you mean?" Risa creased her brows.

 Nyx scratched her neck nervously, "Selena was supposed to be his fated mate. Hehe, it was all a mix up, the moon goddess had something else in mind."
