Maya's Pov 

I was breathing raggedly as if I ran a marathon, it was so deep and loud that I wondered if he could hear my breathing. 

Pushed against the wall, Niklaus leaned over me with brooding eyes while his hot breath blew on my neck. 

I looked up and my throat dried up, I had not taken time to appreciate his appearance earlier, but right now with his face so close to mine, I realized how much he put into dressing up for tonight. 

He was wearing a blue silk dinner jacket with black shawl collar and combined with a black trousers.

Though Niklaus's handsomeness was quite a showstopper, the stylist did apply light makeup on him to highlight his breathtaking features.
