Kapitel 15: Chapter 15
Nie Li wrote down the runes he saw on the coffin. The very same one which activated and helped him jump from 1 start silver to 1star gold.
He kept staring at the runes as he was trying to figure out how it works.
It wasn't impossible but, it sure took time. After an hour he managed to learn how it worked.
It accumulated some energy from the atmosphere and stored it until someone got close to it.
When someone got closer to it, it activates and the energy stored is released.
Nie Li drew this and focused on the place it was accumulating.
Then suddenly, his eyes felt like they were burning.
Nie Li closed his eyes and rubbed them. After the pain went down, he opened his eyes and saw something strange.
There were some weird black and golden fog in the air.
Nie Li thought that it was someone attacking him, until he noticed that the golden fog was entering the runes he drew.
That's when he understood. He thought 'I just unlocked a new ability. I can now see energies. Is it useful? One is black and another is golden.'
That's because he can see soul force of a person. Seeing the soul force in the air doesn't seem like a useful ability.
Asura said to Nie Li "You sure are a fool. That's why you were stuck at silver rank."
"What do you mean?" Nie Li asked.
"Zoom in on those fogs. You will understand what I meant." Asura said.
Nie Li zoomed in on those fogs. Veins popped out around his eyes.
He concentrated on the golden fog first. He opened his eyes wide when he observed what that golden fog actually was.
The golden fog, which looked like it had golden particles were actually a mixture of may particles of different color.
The one entering the runes and also his body were the blue color particles.
The black fog also had the same color particles af the golden one but, they were more darker in the black one.
For example, the blue particles in the golden fog were in cyan color whereas, in the black one, it was dark blue.
"What are these particles?" Nie Li thought out loud.
"Remember when you speculated that all these energies in all worlds are the same and you called it the life energy.
I think these are the other energies that exist. The only way to find out is to ask that God of Retribution in person or figure it out ourselves" Asura said.
"Could they be the law energies I have been searching for all this time?" Nie Li said.
He then started inspecting the runes in the array and tried to understand it more.
The sun rose again and Nie Li didn't find anything about other energies.
He then drew the array on his body. This way, he can absorb the soul force from the atmosphere with the same concentration as his soul force.
"I guess I have to continue this later. I have that test I need to attend." Nie Li said.
Asura asked "I was thinking about that sect thing you were telling.
Is it necessary to build a sect? You can just take control of the already existing facilities and construct other things you need."
"That is a good idea. We will go with that." Nie Li said.
Nie Li went to the Institute for the test.
When he arrived at the ground, there were many people there.
Students who were taking the test, seniors who wanted to see the test, teachers and staff of the Institute were also present to monitor the test.
Nie Li looked around to find his two brothers and his lovers.
He then found Ning'er. He walked towards her when he saw that she was standing in front of a person with red hair.
Nie Li said "Move, you are in my way." but, he. didn't move.
Nie Li repeated that twice but, there was no response from him.
Nie Li ran out of patience and caught the back of his collar, and threw him to the side.
The person fell down to the side. That's when he got up and looked at Nie Li.
"How dare you do that to me?" he shouts.
"I don't know who you are but, it is your fault you got thrown away." Nie Li said.
Ning'er comes and stands behind Nie Li. She says in his ears "He is Shen Fei."
"Ah! I forgot about you. I have something to say to you. Ning'er doesn't like you, she likes me.
Call off the engagement yourself and this will be easy. If I make that happen, it will be hard for you." Nie Li said.
"You are arrogant as the rumors say. Don't forget that you are a weakling with power built recently.
We are a family that have been a major family for a long time. Our roots deep in this city.
About the engagement, I will not break it. Do what you can." Shen Fei says with an arrogant tone.
Nie Li sighed and asked "You think you are stronger than me?"
"Without a doubt. I can defeat you without breaking a sweat." Shen Fei said.
"Then let's play a game." Nie Li said.
He drew a small circle around him with his leg. It was only big enough for a person to stand.
Nie Li said to Shen Fei "I will stand in this circle. If you can push me out of this circle, I will never get closer to Ning'er.
If you can't do it by the time my exam starts, you will have to call off the engagement."
"Are you disrespecting me? And why should I agree to those conditions?" Shen Fei asked.
"You don't have to if you are scared." Nie Li said.
This managed to anger Shen Fei. He said "Don't regret this." and ran towards Nie Li.
He pulled his fist back to throw a punch. When he got closer to Nie Li, he punched Nie Li, aiming at his face.
Nie Li tilted his head and avoided it. Shen Fei immediately threw another punch, which Nie Li bent and avoided.
Shen Fei swung his leg, aiming to kick Nie Li's feet, intending to make him loose balance.
Nie Li jumps and lands back at the circle again.
Shen Fei was filled with rage. He shouted "Nie Li, are you mocking me by closing your eyes?"
That's when everyone noticed that he had his eyes closed all this time.
There was a crowd seeing the fight. A kid among them said the the one beside him "Then the rumor about him taking down a gold rank demon beast is true."
"I heard that too. It seems it was close to black gold rank. He is strong at this age. I think he is a genius. Even Lord Ye Mo wasn't this strong at this age." the kid besides him said.
Others who heard this also discussed about it and Nie Li quickly became famous.
Shen Fei lost his patience. He said " I will make you pay for making a fool of me." while merging with his demon spirit.
Shen Fei had a scarlet black tiger. Shen Fei turned into a black tiger with scarlet flames arout him.
Shen Fei inhales and breathes out flames towards Nie Li.
Nie Li just stood there, without moving. "Nie Li" Ning'er calls out his name with concern.
"He should have dodged that. Now, another genius died due to his arrogance." a senior said.
After breathing for a while, Shen Fei stops and says with a smirk "You dug your own grave."
Then the flames died down near Nie Li and his figure appeared.
Shen Fei opened his eyes wide when he saw Nie Li.
The onlookers were also shocked when they saw Nie Li. He was just standing there, naked but, without even a single burn.
His thing between his legs and his claw marks were visible to everyone.
Girls looked at his thing between his legs and thought 'is it usually that big?' while boys thought 'It's bigger than mine. No wonder he has that many girls around him.'
That's when everyone noticed another thing. His rainbow colored tail.
Everyone thought 'That's why he is strong. He already merged with his demon spirit.' while wondering what demon spirit only had a tail when merged.
Nie Li got another pair of clothes from his personal space. He said to Shen Fei "Were you trying to warm me up? How nice of you. I was actually feeling cold this morning."
Shen Fei had veins popping on his forehead. He rushed towards Nie Li, with his claws out.
Shen Fei repeatedly uses his claws to slash Nie Li. His claws were followed by scarlet flames.
Shen Fei tries multiple times but, couldn't touch Nie Li.
After trying for a while, his breathe turns heavy. He was slowly running out of energy and was tired.
He then tries to attack again. This time Nie Li caught his fist and said "I never told I wouldn't fight back."
Nie Li then punches Shen Fei's abdomen. All air in his lungs escaped and his body bent forward.
He immediately returned back to his usual form and fainted.
The crowd went crazy after Shen Fei fainted. Someone came and took Shen Fei away.
The seniors discussed among themselves. One person said "He is a sly person. He waited until he is tired and finished the fight."
Another person says "Are you right in your head? He survived his breathe, which can severely injured a silver rank spiritualist.
He even dodged his attacks, which are fast, without moving from the circle. He is clearly stronger than you."
There were girls who surrounded him. This fight made him popular among girls, earning the jealousy of boys.
Ning'er and Ziyun had arrived at the test ground. They squeezed their way to Nie Li and pulled him away from the crowd of girls.
Ning'er and Ziyun looked at each other. Without words, they both understood one thing 'We have to keep him away from girls.'
Then the test started and a new punching machine was brought out to test strength.
Lu Piao, Du Ze, Ning'er and Ziyun had scores around 500-600. When they tested their soul force, the crystal broke.
Nie Li broke the punching machine like Vegeta and the soul crystal exploded when he tested.
It was expected and the teachers, vice principal and the seniors were shocked.
The teachers were picking disciples but, no one picked Nie Li, which made sense. He is the family head of a powerful family.
The test went on and the day passed with Nie Li visiting Yang Xin and Lanruo for sex.
Around evening, Nie Li was in the training ground, preparing to get back to studying the array. That's when he suddenly opened his eyes wide.
The clones roaming around the Sacred family sensed a great soul force.
It was coming from the Sacred family house. The clones followed the source of the soul force.
Nie Li's clones are all connected with each other with chakra. Through this, they communicate what they see and hear.
A worker comes running to the main affairs elder and says "Elder, The patriarch has come out from his training."
"Call everyone here." he said to that servant.
The Patriarch arrives and sits on a chair in a huge Hall.
Shen Fei, Shen Xiu and other people of the family arrive at the Hall.
The main affairs elder asks "Patriarch Shen Hong, have you broken to the Legend rank?"
Shen Hong smiles and says "Yes" while he swings his hand in one direction.
A white cloud appears at that direction. He destroyed one of Nie Li's clones.
He says "The rest ran away."
Shen Fei asks "Who ran father?"
"Don't worry about it. What happened to you?" Shen Hong asks his son.
