11.11% Sword of Atonement: The Transmigrated Yuuto Kiba / Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Mediocre

Kapitel 2: Chapter 2: Mediocre

During class, Kiba fiddled with his pen while upgrading his sword that could gather Demonic Power. He added a new ability, allowing it to transform into various accessories.

When the bell rang for break, Kiba swiftly left the classroom, unnoticed by his fangirls.

Using his Demonic Power to hide his presence, he headed to a secluded spot in the small forest near the school.

There, he upgraded the Sage Mode Sword, granting it the ability to change forms into accessories.

By the end of the process, two rings adorned his fingers, one red and one green.

The upgrade consumed the entire break, so Kiba returned to the classroom just in time.

His fangirls, puzzled by his brief disappearance, found Kiba back at his desk, fiddling with his pen and crafting a sword that could predict events three seconds into the future.

This task occupied him for the rest of the school day. When classes ended, the fangirls surrounded him, bombarding him with questions.

"Where did you go during the break?"

"What happened to you?"

"You don't look like yourself."

"You're not sick, right?"

Kiba put a finger to his lips, silencing them, and then turned his head to show off his jawline, causing the fangirls to be dumbfounded.

He laughed at their reaction.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to see your reaction. I'm a little busy, so if you don't mind, I have club work to do," Kiba said, standing up.

The fangirls, charmed by his genuine laugh, blushed and let him go.

As Kiba headed toward the ORC, he began creating another sword with the ability to clone itself.

When he arrived at the meeting room, Rias was already there, reading reports. She noticed him and said, "You're here," pushing a stack of papers toward him. "These are the clients that want your services."

Kiba nodded.

"And about the magic teacher, Grayfia-san—she's quite strict. Do you want me to change your teacher?" Rias asked, concerned.

"It's fine, she'll be great," Kiba replied, taking the stack of papers. "I'll take care of the clients first."

"Okay, see you," Rias said.

Kiba infused the first paper with his Demonic Energy, teleporting to his first client's house.

A lonely housewife greeted him warmly. "Yuuto-kun, can you do the same thing?"

"Sure thing," Kiba replied, proceeding to clean the house, cook, and organize it efficiently with his magic.

The housewife, slightly annoyed by Kiba's lack of sweat, was pacified when he used magic to induce a satisfying dream for her.

Kiba continued this routine for all his clients before heading home to train his body.

He used a gravity sword to create an area of heavier gravity, enhancing his strength training.

He swung his massive sword like a certain black swordsman, knowing that intense training was necessary to avoid future threats.

He increased the difficulty by using his clone sword to summon clones, creating a challenging target practice.

After a rigorous session, he wiped his sweat and headed inside to cook chicken soup and rice, a simple and healthy meal.

While cooking, Koneko watched skeptically, sensing a familiar yet unfamiliar energy in him.

She wanted to confirm her suspicion and also enjoy his cooking.

When the food was ready, Kiba said, "Koneko, you can eat now," and they both started eating.

"Kiba-senpai, I sense a familiar and unfamiliar energy in you. What is it?" Koneko asked, hiding her worry about her older sister.

"Just energy from nature, that's all," Kiba replied.

Koneko nodded in understanding. "How did you do it? I thought only Dryads could," she asked genuinely.

"Secret," Kiba said with a teasing smile.

After finishing his meal, Kiba went to his room to clean himself and then began meditating to further improve his control.

The next day,

Kiba's routine changed slightly. He woke up earlier to train with his massive sword, which still lacked a name, and the gravity sword.

When his body felt like giving up, he used a healing sword to soothe his soreness. He stopped training when the clock hit 7 am, quickly cleaned himself, and applied a nice perfume using his magic.

He took a normal walk toward his school.

Along the way, he saw the perverted trio but ignored them, focusing instead on upgrading his sword to grant him armor.

School started and ended uneventfully. Kiba walked to the ORC, where he found a white-haired maid, Grayfia, drinking tea made by Akeno.

Akeno, Grayfia, and Rias all looked at him. Grayfia greeted him first with a slight bow. "Kiba-san, I will be your magic teacher. I heard you want better control over your Demonic Power."

"Yes, that's true. When can we start?" Kiba asked.

.

The four of them stood outside the building, with Rias and Akeno curious about the lesson.

"How good are you with Demonic Power?" Grayfia asked.

"Fifty-fifty," Kiba replied.

"Then create a ball of Demonic Energy," Grayfia instructed, gauging his capability.

Kiba formed a red ball of Demonic Energy.

"Make it bigger," Grayfia said.

Kiba complied, pouring more energy into the ball until it was larger than him.

"Now make it smaller, closer to a marble, but don't reduce its power," Grayfia said.

Kiba tried his best and managed to shrink the ball to the size of a volleyball.

"This is the best I can do without breaking it apart," Kiba said.

"Your control is already great compared to Rias," Grayfia remarked. "Why did you want a teacher?"

Rias was surprised when Grayfia called her out. Akeno chuckled softly hearing that.

"It's better to have guidance than to face things blindly," Kiba said.

Grayfia smiled. "I think we can start training your Demonic Energy control."

Grayfia then made Kiba float above the ground, instructing him to stay aloft using only his Demonic Power.

"Hold this for about an hour if you can, and I'll gladly continue teaching you," Grayfia said.

Kiba locked in and focused.

After about 45 minutes, his entire body was sweating, and his face was turning red. He was using all of his willpower just to stay afloat.

Grayfia was pleased to see that Kiba didn't give up, unlike a certain someone.

Unfortunately, he lost his balance and fell on his butt.

"Damn, I failed," Kiba said.

"No, you surpassed my expectations," Grayfia replied. "Your talent may be mediocre, but I believe I can help you improve."
