Kapitel 269: Your Grandfather Arranges It

Daisy had just expressed his concern. Then Ann saw Phillip cough gloomily.

"I'll tell you the details another day. Anyway, you don't have to worry about me. I'm fine."

After hanging up the phone, Ann realized that the car had already stopped. When she looked up, she saw the signboard of 'Blue Palace'. She could not help but be puzzled.

She turned to look at Phillip. "Aren't we going home? Why are we here?"

Phillip pursed his lips slightly, his expression calm. "I have to attend a banquet."

Ann lowered his head and looked at the three little fellows who were puzzled, too. She pursed her lips and asked tentatively.

"Was it... arranged by your grandfather?"

It could not be a business dinner with her and the kids present here.

Moreover, before going to the Moore's, Phillip did not mention that there was still a dinner banquet at night.

Phillip raised his eyebrows and glanced at her. His thin lips curved into a faint arc. "Afraid?"
