Kapitel 1: Chapter 1

What is good about life?

Sure, there can be moments where you can feel happiness, love, joy, and other "beautiful" things, but as I said they are moments, because, in the end, you are not enjoying life you are just surviving.

Even the powerful, wealthy, and wise ones aren't enjoying life because there will always be someone better than them, installing fear in the weaker ones causing a perpetual cycle that will never end.

That is my current life, just surviving...but not for long.

.

.

.

My eyes open for five seconds I let my brain adjust, making it go from sleeping mode to thinking mode.

In those 5 seconds, all of my senses came back to me, the cold, hard ground below me, the color of murky green walls being the only thing I could see in those 5 seconds, the sound of a TV blasting my hears, the smell of beer, rotten food, and dirty clothes filling nose, and the taste of blood inside my mouth.

After those 5 seconds, I slowly move my body trying to make as less sound as possible, trying to not trigger the monster.

But hearing the snoring coming from the area of the TV I speed up a little.

I take a bunch of scented wipes, remove my t-shirt, and use those on my upper body.

I throw the wipes into the trash can and take another t-shirt from the pile near my sleeping place.

I take my backpack and headed outside, my stomach protesting for food, but I ignored it knowing that food would have come only when I arrived at school and the lunch break arrived.

I take out my phone, which had the screen covered with cracks, and take out my old but filled with emotions earphones, plug them up and start listening to some music.

I walk toward the bus stop and wait for its arrival.

'Another day, another wish for everyone's death, well not everyone, just around 90%, the child can survive, and some of the elderly people.'

After5 minutes the bus arrived, I got on top of it, and I was shaken by seeing an elderly man with the greatest pair of mustaches I have ever been driving the bus and waving at me.

Before answering I look back, but seeing no one, I simply waved back at him and got to one of the bus seats.

'That elderly man for example can survive.'

.

.

.

After 30 minutes I arrived at my school, Midtown High School.

I checked the time on my phone and as usual, I got here at around 7:15, very early but worth the hassle of possibly missing the bus, encountering unwanted attention, or meeting the monster.

I sat on one of the chairs and took out the book for our first class.

While reading it I still had my earphones on so I had to focus a little to read the words and understand them.

After 10 minutes a blue screen popped in front of me.
