Kapitel 48: Mr. Smith Shows Goodwill

Everyone originally thought that Bennett was done for this time, but as they watched him dust himself off and get up, the look in everyone else's eyes changed completely. When they saw the car, it had crashed into the room across the street, with no movement for a while.

"Damn!"

Reuben charged towards the car and kicked it.

Seeing that Bennett was okay, Peter also got out and ran to the red sedan that had hit him.

As expected, there was now a young woman inside the car, who was shaking all over and probably frightened out of her wits.

To Peter's surprise, the woman's car had managed to brake after crashing into the house, and no one was injured.

Seeing that the woman was unharmed, Peter also breathed a sigh of relief.

"Do you not know how to drive?!"

Reuben yelled at the car door.

Many people had crowded around, and the police had arrived at this point.

The scene was chaotic.
