The shifting sands of the desert remained unrelenting. But Sanev no longer had to worry about these harsh conditions. The temple he painstakingly discovered was large and a great shelter.
The only thing Sanev had to worry about was the entrance to the place sealing up but he and Venas were making sure to keep the entrance nice and tidy.
Speaking of keeping things nice and tidy, Sanev and Venas had dug out a large number of the rooms in the temple. He could now better appreciate the old elven architecture though that was the full extent of it.
The inside was simply too dark and the letters and symbols inscribed on the walls were hard to fully comprehend even for a scholar like Sanev.
"It's like an offshoot of the common Elvish…" But different enough that he couldn't completely make out the contents of the murals.
Hey guys, hope you enjoyed the chapter. I'm thinking the next one will continue where this one left off but I also don't know, this could be a good cliffhanger...
Ok that's a joke but there are a lot of things going on that one could theoretically, not actually I wouldn't do that to you guys, write about instead.
But hey maybe this isn't a good cliffhanger at all and I have nothing to worry about and can leave this unexplored for a bit longer without worry.
