Kapitel 20: Mizuno Meets Project CupCake

#Mizuno at Darussufi

It was getting very dark. On one hand, it would be evening within a few hours, and on the other hand, it was raining.

"Hey! We should move! If it gets dark, you won't be able to do a thing! There is no fire for you, and let's not even start with food."

"Ah! That's right! I have to keep moving."

When the initial adrenaline rush wore out, humans would feel lethargic. They would have a hard time picking things up from where they left off.

Mizuno was cold and wet. He was new to shadow-walking, so keeping his energy at a constant level to focus on the shadowpath was impossible for him. So, he got wet as the rain kept bouncing back on him from the surroundings.

At first, he did not feel it as he was excited. However, now that he had calmed down, he was shivering. At this rate, he would catch a cold and fever for sure.

"This wasn't a good idea!" the voice in his head said.

"But I must go!"

"Well, we can't fuss over the spilled milk."

"So, we move?"
