Feng Mo frowned slightly as he read through the report on his desk. It detailed the internal conflict of the Bisi Tribe, but the outcome was not as he had expected. Fortunately, the Yunjian Trade Association's intelligence network managed to piece everything together.
It turned out that the Bai Family had persuaded two T3-level adventurer fleets and another T3 fleet equipped with a T4 interstellar destroyer to intervene in the Bisi Tribe's affairs. These three fleets had orchestrated the Bisi Tribe's internal turmoil.
Now, the new king of the Bisi Tribe was nothing more than a puppet controlled by these fleets, and the entire territory of the Bisi Tribe had fallen into their grasp.

"Little Y, let them in," Feng Mo replied.
The office doors opened, and three women entered, led by the robot Little Y.
"Viscount, these are representatives from the Xueying Chen Family, here to pay their respects," Ai Er introduced.
"Alright, please sit. I remember Chen Qian—she's a commander of the Chen Family fleet. And this is?" Feng Mo nodded, addressing Chen Qian first.
Chen Qian was the fleet commander Feng Mo had saved previously. The Chen Family had promised him a favor, but due to his recent efforts to unify the Stormstar System, he hadn't had time to call in that favor. Now, they had come to him first.
The other woman, who was less than 1.6 meters tall, looked like a child with a petite figure, round face, and no noticeable curves, her twin ponytails adding a playful touch.
Before Chen Qian could speak, the petite girl introduced herself first:
"Greetings, Viscount Feng Mo. I'm Chen Mo Ling, Chen Qian's deputy."
Feng Mo's mouth twitched slightly. What kind of game was this? Although he didn't have photographic memory, he had a decent recollection of important documents. The Yunjian Trade Association had provided him with information on the Bai Family and major factions of the Xueying Empire, which included Chen Mo Ling.
Chen Mo Ling was the eldest daughter of the Chen Family, known for her clever and resourceful nature in the trading world. Was she playing some sort of role-playing game? Feng Mo decided not to expose her, merely nodding and then addressing Chen Qian:
"What brings the Chen Family here? Is this to fulfill the favor you owe me?"
With this question, Feng Mo took control of the conversation. Whatever the Chen Family's intentions were, they first had to settle that favor.
Chen Qian couldn't make that decision herself, so she replied diplomatically:
"The Chen Family will do our utmost to fulfill the Viscount's request, but we are limited in resources. We hope for your understanding."
"Enough riddles. Get to the point," Feng Mo said impatiently. He was too busy to play games.
Chen Qian composed herself and said:
"I am here on behalf of the Chen Family to propose a commercial alliance with you, Viscount. We have a T3-class interstellar cargo ship docked at the starport, fully loaded with T4-grade raw materials. These are our gifts to you."
"The Chen Family wishes to demonstrate our sincerity in forming an alliance. Within the Xueying Empire, we rank among the top three in raw material trade. With the abundant T2 resources in the Stormstar System, a partnership would be mutually beneficial."
Feng Mo was intrigued. His starships required T3 and above raw materials, and the T2 resources produced in the Stormstar System were excessive. There were nearly a hundred known and unknown T2 resource planets, far more than he needed. Selling or trading them was the best option.
He had considered working with the Yunjian Trade Association, but their headquarters were in the Huiguang Empire, making transportation costly and time-consuming. Partnering with a local raw material trader was urgent, and few in the Xueying Empire had the capacity—one of them being the Chen Family.
Feng Mo responded:
"Two conditions. If the Chen Family agrees, the favor you owe me will be written off, and I will agree to the alliance."
"First: The T2 raw materials produced in the Stormstar System will be traded to the Chen Family, not for credits, but in exchange for T3 and T4 materials."
"Second: The Chen Family must help me acquire dark matter, dark energy crystals, and memory metal. I won't pay for these; instead, I offer 1% of Fengyun Starship Trading Company's shares. Is that enough?"
Feng Mo's terms were beyond what Chen Qian could decide, and even Chen Mo Ling couldn't make this call. Dark matter and dark energy were rare, and memory metal was scarcely stocked by most traders.
However, the offer of 1% shares in Fengyun Starship Trading Company was a massive incentive. The company was backed by prominent families and a genius starship designer, making it a coveted opportunity in the Federation.
Chen Mo Ling stood up and said:
"Apologies, Viscount Feng Mo. I am Chen Mo Ling of the Chen Family, and I lead these negotiations. Please forgive our earlier ruse. We will deliver two more cargo ships of T4 materials soon. May I have permission to consult with my family?"
"Little Y, find a quiet room for Miss Chen," Feng Mo instructed the tea-brewing robot.
"Of course, Master. Miss Chen, please follow me," Little Y said.
"Please wait a moment," Chen Mo Ling apologized to Feng Mo, then followed Little Y to a private room, where she called her father.
The call connected to a boardroom where the Chen Family's decision-makers were gathered. Clearly, they took this potential alliance seriously. Chen
Mo Ling relayed Feng Mo's conditions and awaited her father's decision.
