***Zhang Hotel***
*Thud* *Thud* *Thud* Many guest doors began to open to see what the ruckus was. Within the grand hotel hall was a large suite where more than 10 people gathered by the door.
The loud pounding did not stop even when so many eyes were on them. Instead, the shouts of one man only became louder and more anxious. Yet the door to the suite never opened.
Inside the room, fresh pink roses and satin fabrics were decorated all around the room. Everything was so fairytale like, as if it was fit to be a bride's dressing room.
Within this beautiful spring day morning, two women were standing face to face inside. One look and anyone could tell they were not friends. Couldn't even be considered acquaintances.
The woman in red was the first to make action. Her off the shoulder long red gown along with her bright red lipstick could make people quickly assume she was the villain. She slightly tilted her head and a small section of her long hair fell to rest on her collarbone. Her actions were elegant as she raised her hand to flip the strand of hair back. Her lips curved wickedly and her dark smoky eyes continued to stare at the woman in front of her. She looked the woman up and down.
The woman besides her wore a pure white one shoulder mermaid wedding gown. Every lace and bead on the dress was hand-sewn and shimmered at the slightest movement. But no matter how beautiful the wedding dress was, somehow it did not look right on her.
"Han Sui Er…" The woman in red sighed. The disappointment could be heard in her voice. "I have to give it to you, my dress looks great on you." She smiled as she picked up the glass of wine on the table next to her.
The woman in white took a silent gasp, afraid the woman would toss it at her. But instead, the woman in red took a sip of the wine and set it back down.
"Yu Man Tian!" Han Sui Er called out in a cocky tone. "There are so many people out there waiting for me. Surely you aren't stupid enough to ruin my wedding." Han Sui Er looked at the door where the pounding and yelling only continued. But Yu Man Tian only huffed sarcastically as she rolled her eyes.
"Ruin your wedding? Why would I do such a thing to such a pitiful creature." She emphasized those words "pitiful creature".
Sui Er tightly squeezed both her hands into tight fists and glared at Man Tian. "Yu Man Tian, don't be so cocky. Your fiancé, family and friends have all turned their back on you. And you dare to say I'm pitiful? Stop putting on fake air." This time it was Han Sui Er who laughed. She then took a step forward.
Sui Er had delicate features. Soft cheekbones, round eyes and rosy lips but her words did not match the beauty. "You are nothing compared to me."
Man Tian clenched her jaws trying hard not to snap the woman in front of her. "Yes, I have no fiancé, family or friends but at least I still have my pride. What about you?" She too took a step forward.
"You used money to buy my fiancé, family and friends." Her lips curved up again, a look as if she was going to be victorious. "Tell me who really is the most pitiful of us both."
"Yu Man Tian!" Sui Er raised her hand to slap Man Tian but her wrist was caught midway.
Sui Er never wanted to admit but those eyes cold and dark made her bones shiver.
Yu Man Tian gripped tighter onto her wrist. "You have no rights to lay a hand on me."
With one forceful push, Sui Er fell onto the ground with a high screech coming from her voice.
Before she could even make a move, she felt the red wine slowly drip down her head to her dress.
Man Tian was standing in front of her with the glass tipped until empty. She looked down at the drenching Han Sui Er. "You also have no rights to wear my dress." Man Tian looked at her dress on Han Sui Er one more time before walking away.
