Kapitel 139: The Day Before

AThe house agent gave Irene, Amiel, Auntie Rona, and Uncle Ryan a time to discuss their thoughts about the house after she gave them a comprehensive tour of the house. What Irene likes about the agent offering this house is that she also includes the weak spots of the house which needs repair. In short, Irene appreciates the efforts of the agent to provide them both the good and the bad features of the house which needs improvements without sugarcoating it.

Considering the exterior of the house, Irene loves the porch where she could see herself and Amiel having a morning coffee while facing the sea. They could also have their afternoon cup of coffee on the porch during the sunset.

The color of the house is a combination of clean white and beige. The house is not so big but not too small too. It has four bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The house is well-taken care of by the previous owners before they moved outside of the country.
