Kapitel 66: Bouncing Back

"Irene, will you he pressing charges against Lorraine who tarnished your reputation?" One press reporter asked which made Irene pause and contemplate for a while.

Irene breathed in deeply, "Personally, I will not press any charges against Lorraine. When the issue surfaced, I was able to identify who my real friends are. I was able to know who will stick by me through thick and thin. Moreover, I knew the people around me who would easily believe an absurd report and hate me. In the end, I did not really lose anything," She smiled politely and left. 

Her car stopped and she immediately went inside. Valerie then followed after her and sat on the passenger seat.

"Are you sure that you will not be pressing charges against Lorraine?" Valerie looks extremely annoyed. Merely thinking about Lorraine makes her eyes automatically roll out of rage.

While her eyes are fixed on the buildings they are passing by, the corners of Irene's mouth rose.
