Kapitel 140: Chapter 136: Three Days

The episode came late because it's 7.5K+ Words and it was a little hard to edit. But I managed to grow. Good reading.

In this episode, Teka's thoughts will constantly change. After all, these are her inner thoughts and it will change, evolve and more many times before reaching the final decision. I hope I was able to write it as I described it in the chapter.

Normally I put this at the end of the episode but this time I'll put it at the beginning.

Don't forget to give power stones if you liked it, also don't forget to "review" the series. And if you liked it, add to library

----------------------------------

After Blake left, the girls went about their business. Rumi, on the other hand, went through heavy training to increase her speed and agility, as well as strength, until her next encounter with Kurogiri.

She would not miss Kurogiri in their next encounter. She would make sure to catch him and put him in jail, to wash away the embarrassment of that humiliating day. That's why she started training once again with "The Beaten Man".

"The Beaten Man" sighed before starting the battle once again. The famous words of a certain game character could be heard in the air.

Nejire was improving himself too. She was training on top of Vitality Control. As mentioned earlier, the Viability Control had great potential. She could control the opponent's body, siphoning her vitality without them noticing, or destroying them from within.

She could even infuse him with too much vitality, making him grow a second arm, a third leg, or a second head.

All of this was what Viability Control could do, and as Blake said, there was no limit to Vitality Control. He said that if she developed this strength, she could even defeat him.

But Nejire had no such goal. She was getting stronger because she wanted to stand by Blake when the time came.

And he felt that this time was getting closer and closer. She predicted that something else would happen after the war, not just in the great war that was to happen soon. She wasn't sure what had happened, but she didn't want to be weak and protected by Blake when the time came.

She would be constantly protected by Blake. Even if they didn't want it, Blake would continue to protect them. Yet when faced with an enemy, she wanted to defeat them on her own and then be praised by Blake.

Fuyumi was developing her blue flames as usual. Her blue flames were getting bigger day by day, and as a result of her hard work, the flames had grown to the size of a head.

This size was enough for her. Her precious flames had attained sufficient chubbiness, and now all she had to do was increase her control over it. Then she could work on her special attacks.

"Fu... Br* Let's leave that for later." The ends of Fuyumi's hair were covered with icicles. Her breath was covered with white vapor, and her body was shaking uncontrollably.

Once again, she was upset that she had not inherited her mother's cold-resistance trait. If she could get some more, she could improve her strength to different levels.

While the trio were immersed in their own world, Nemuri was preparing food for them.

After Blake, she made the most delicious meals. The other girls didn't cook badly. As their cooking teacher, she could proudly say that even Rumi, who was bad at everything but fighting, could cook very well.

Still, she was the best cook of them all. This comes from both the taste of the hand and the fact that she has been doing housework for years and living alone. Even her worst enemy, Fuyumi, wasn't as good at impressing Blake with her food.

Maybe she was, Blake had praised her many times, but Nemuri still thought she was better. She convinced herself of this with her arrogance.

Teka descended the stairs, each immersed in their own worlds.

Her majestic figure was adorned with a white short-sleeved sweater that came to her waist, and a skirt that started at her waist and didn't quite cover her long legs, barely reaching her knee. The two majestic mountains had become more prominent under her white short-sleeved sweater. Her long legs, which started plump and thinned, looked mouth-watering.

Even though she was dressed like that, she had no intention of going to work. She had three days left of her battle with the A.F.O, and she had no intention of going to work in those three days.

She sat on the couch, watching the closed television with a languid expression. Her lava hair cascaded down her shoulders, gathered at her hips, and flowed in both directions. But thanks to her precise control, the seat didn't burn.

She placed her hands on her knees. She stared blankly into the dark room. Contrary to the emotionlessness on her face, a deep sequence of thoughts was swirling in the depths of her eyes.

As Teka Todoroki and the domineering queen sitting on top of the world, Teka was not someone to sit around and wait for her death. No matter how depressing and in her favor the situation was, she would somehow try to get out of this situation.

This has happened before. That's how it would be now. There had been many times of near despair before the Japan Crisis, but each time she did not give in, used everything she had, and rose from the ashes to once again sit in the queen seat.

The situation could be hopeless. She might be completely at a disadvantage and stand alone against the world's greatest might, but the honorable tigress would not yield, she would slash her opponent's throat with her teeth and tear him in two with her claws.

Even if she could find no help, she would fight relentlessly and make A.F.O lose a large amount of blood.

That's why she didn't cry or despair. Time was passing, the girls were going in and out of the house, while Teka was just sitting in the dim living room. Seconds and minutes passed, Teka continued to stare steadily ahead of her.

For several hours, she watched the closed television in silence. Her upright figure just sat on the sofa, continuing to stay in the same position through the passage of time. If it weren't for her breathing movements and her constantly moving pupils, she could have been thought of as a sculpture masterpiece.

Teka once heard the girls saying that dinner was ready. She heard several voices that Fuyumi was calling her. Sheintended to dodge them with a wave of her hand, but stopped in the middle of her movement.

She lowered her raised hand. She stood up after stroking the wrinkles of her skirt. Her figure, combining fullness and delicacy, stood up and headed for the dining table.

The girls began their meal when she arrived. At first they thought she wouldn't come. They could see that Teka was in a crisis similar to that of the Japan Companies. After all the time they had spent with her, they had gained some understanding of Teka's mood.

They weren't sure why Teka had fallen into such a state of mind again. But a woman like her at the head of big, world-running companies must have had a lot of trouble, and constant mood swings were normal for her.

The girls tried to cheer her up throughout the meal. But all they got was a wry smile.

After a while Teka said, "You don't need to do that. Don't mind me." They stopped their efforts. They looked at each other and, shaking their heads helplessly, began to eat their food.

Teka's world was a headache, even for Nemuri and Fuyumi, who were adults like her. If they had been under the same pressure and load as her, it wouldn't have taken more than a few days to break for them.

From here it could be seen how much of a responsibility Teka was under. And Teka, who fearlessly shouldered that responsibility, was an admirable woman.

After the meal, after consoling Teka for the last time, they left to do their own business.

Teka was sitting alone at the dinner table. She pushed the food on the plate left and right with her fork. The food was delicious, but Teka was not in the mood to eat. She put the fork down on the table and after picking up her phone, she dialed the numbers and started swiping down the screen with her finger.

Dozens, hundreds, thousands of numbers passed before their eyes. Shockingly, Teka knew them all. She wasn't a genius like Momo, not super-intelligent like Blake, but she had great intelligence and memory as a woman standing on top of the world. She remembered who these thousands of numbers belonged to, why they were there, and what she was talking to them.

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Every time she dragged the screen down, her finger tapped the screen and made a loud sound. Teka fingered her forehead, crossing the numbers one by one with a distressed expression.

None of them could help her. Some of the numbers were construction companies, logistics companies, people who owed her money, key employees, and more. There were several famous heroes among them.

For example Star And Stripe.

"Actually…" Teka hesitated for a moment, her finger went to the number and touched it. But she didn't take her finger off and kept pressing the number. Star And Stripe could help her with her power. If she can keep the villain from entering the battlefield with her Quirk...

She shook her head and shook that thought out of her head. Although Star And Stripe was a good friend of hers and Teka had taught her a few tricks at the time, she couldn't help herself alone.

She could help with her Quirk, but decided to consider it when the people who could help her exceed a certain number.

Star And Stripe was like American's All Might. Her power and being America's number one hero made her an indispensable pillar in the public eye.

Moreover, the hero population all over the world was pouring into Japan for various reasons, making powerful heroes in other countries more valuable than they should have been. The death of a person with a powerful Quirk, especially Star And Stripe, would greatly affect the American people, unlike Japan, which did not have a shortage of powerful Heroes.

Tap!

She waved her finger up and crossed Star And Stripe to look at other number.

She'sseen a lot of heros number. Teka had many connections and had the number of famous and powerful heroes of each country.

However, unlike Star And Strip, she did not consider these people. Teka wasn't the type to beg someone she didn't know for help. She wouldn't seek help from people she didn't know, even if she eventually died.

As she continued to scroll the screen, a number caught her eye.

Yoshino

Yes, her husband's number. Her Husband had not been the first to come to mind in this predicament, and she probably wouldn't have bothered to look at him had he not been in sight.

It wasn't because she had Blake in her heart or because of Yoshino's attitude towards her. In these moments when death was approaching, she had put aside this awkwardness between her and Yoshino.

She hadn't thought of calling her because unlike Blake, Yoshino wasn't all that reliable when it came to power. He wasn't reliable in most things, especially when it came to power, Teka couldn't entrust his back to her.

Yoshino's Quirk was Telekinesis, and he could only lift things three times heavier than himself. More than that would have forced him, even if he could do more, he wasn't strong enough to get her out of this predicament.

She wasn't desperately looking for someone to run to his death next to her or spend her last moments. No, Teka Todoroki's dictionary did not include giving up or surrendering to death. Only death could make her give up.

What Teka was looking for was not a napkin to wipe her tears from in her final moments, but someone who could fight with her and get her out of this difficult situation.

Despite all this, she knew that as long as she was call Yoshino, he would come to her. Especially after the recent events, he would come running to her side, crawling if necessary. She knew that, she knew he could walk beside her, even in a hopeless death.

However, she felt little resistance in doing so. Her resistance was like a small thorn stuck in the heel. Even though it was small and a little painful, it was there, and it made it clear that it was there, inflicting pain that could not be ignored with every step.

The resistance in Teka's heart was similar to this. She did not know the source of the resistance, nor did she know why or from what it had arisen. But it was there, blocking the thin gap between her finger and the screen.

Maybe she wanted Yoshino to walk with her to death because he wanted, like Blake's attitude towards girls. She didn't want him to come to her to compete with Blake or for reasons he didn't know.

Teka closed her eyes, took a deep breath through her nose as if showing her discomfort, and kept scrolling.

She stopped after a while. The name of a person she knew well was written on the screen.

Son.

Teka didn't even think about that possibility. She was not helpless enough to ask Enji for help. Aside from not letting her son walk to death for her sake, Enji still had a family.

His family was in disarray, torn to pieces, and it continued to crumble like a flooded sand castle. However, he still had a family and 4 children. Every member of the family might hate him, and his children might not even want to look at him, but he was their father after all, and Teka was not hard-hearted enough to leave her four grandchildren fatherless.

Also, a part of her was saying that Enji would not come to her that day. Apart from her son's ambitions, she knew he had the heart of a hero. Aside from his desire to be first, his image in second place was spotless and he acted like a hero, helping civilians in even the smallest details. [EN: There was an episode where Hawks talked about his thoughts for Enji.If you don't understand what I'm talking about here, open it and watch it.]

She didn't know who to choose if he was torn between her and the innocent. And she didn't want to know the answer to that. She wanted her son to stay in her mind the moment she died, not as someone who abandoned her, but as that little baby who tried to run towards her with his chubby legs on his first steps.

She kept pushing the screen with her fingers and scrolling down. The sound of her fingernails hitting the screen was constantly audible.

Teka went to the bottom of all the number records and saw another trick. She saw a familiar number and maybe he could get her out of this situation.

"No…" Teka shook her head and snapped out of her thoughts. She couldn't call him. She had made a promise to herself that she would not break their families. She sharpened her resolve and, after putting the phone in her pocket, took the plate and cutlery and took them to the kitchen.

Because she hates waste, she put the food on a plate instead of throwing it away. After covering the plate, she placed it in the refrigerator, put the cutlery on the tap.

She took a kitchen wire and began to clean the plate.

She cleaned the plate and cutlery with the sound of running water. After setting it aside to dry, she washed her hands and made her way to the bedroom.

It was already night when Teka was deep in thought. The girls were sleeping in their beds. Blake's perceptible absence made it difficult for them to sleep. After a few hours of struggling, they were able to sleep.

Teka came to the end of the stairs. Before going to her room, she opened her phone and checked the time.

11.40

From now on, she had 72 Hours and 20 Minutes left for her battle with the A.F.O.

**

9 o'clock in the morning.

63 Hours to the battle.

As the morning sun rose in the east, the animals would come out of their nests one by one and begin their lives with the morning sun. As time passed, people appeared on the streets that were still at night, and the empty roads were starting to fill with vehicles.

The cold of winter hung in the air. Dark clouds covered the sky, showing the Japanese people to prepare for a possible snowfall. The chirping of the birds began to be heard, the students left their homes to go to school.

Unlike the preparations made by the villains at night, the day was very calm and the people of Japan lived indifferently.

But cracks began to appear in this indifference.

The people of Japan could see from the beginning that something was going on. A tension hung in the air of Japan. The dark clouds that appeared in the last few days did not bode well. It wasn't raining or snowing, dark clouds seemed to hang over Japan's sky.

And last night the reason for this palpable tension was revealed.

Among the few journalists, curious creators and people investigating the cause of this tension in Japanese recently, a Youtuber who appeals to a relatively high audience came across the preparations of the villain while walking around at night.

He had broadcast throughout the night and shot loads of guns, ammunition, bombs, villain outfits, even a few Nomus.

Not only that, that night several reporters, broadcasters, and phenomenal heroes made nightly broadcasts in various parts of Japan, revealing the plots of the villains.

If it was just that, nothing would happen. It was widely accepted that villain plotted at night and that night was the home of evil. The Shadows were the home of the villains, and it was only natural to have plans in their home.

But some conspiracy theorists, by analyzing their movements and analyzing Nomu numbers, said they were on a preparation and something big was coming soon. A war that would be written in Japanese history was approaching, and they had told them to prepare for it.

The words of the Conspiracy Theorists were correct this time, and people looking at their points could see the coming storm.

The government was among those who saw it, and the first thing they did was hide the storm from the public as much as possible. But it didn't take long to spread. Right now, Japan was like a dry wheat field with palpable tension. A few pieces of ash from the fire in one corner of the field would start to burn the other side, and eventually the whole field would be engulfed in flames.

''I'm going~~''

''I'm going out too. I'll be back at night."

''See you.''

After Nejire, Nemuri and Fuyumi came from school, Nejire and Rumi left the house to patrol. Due to the heightened tension lately, some unintelligent villains were making trouble by acting on their own, and Nejire and Rumi's days were filled with patrols and fights.

Rumi was walking towards the pavement in front of the house, Nejire turned around during her walk and waved to the girls. At the door, Fuyumi and Nemuri were waving to the girls with Eri among them.

Nejire waved her hand vigorously for the last time before leaving, then turned around. She tiptoed to the side of Rumi and started walking after clasping her hands between her hair and waist. She slowly shook her head left and right as she walked, her two frilly horns dangling.

After the girls waved their hands for the last time, they took Eri by the hand and went inside.

"Am I really not going to school?" Eri looked up and took turns looking at the two girls. Her pure red eyes were filled with reluctance. The two's little hands, which could hold two fingers, were slightly clenched.

It was fun to be with the girls and he enjoyed spending time with them. But school was a place for her to play with her peers, learn new things and be more normal, and she didn't want to miss out on school.

Yes, little clever Eri was a very hardworking and disciplined girl and she aimed not to be miss out on school.

"Sorry, but you can't go. It's gotten more dangerous outside lately, and we're not even allowed to go out unless it's necessary while Blaken-nii-chan is away." Fuyumi and Nemuri simultaneously lifted the girl from their hands and made her sit on the single seat. Nemuri leaned on the arm of the chair, rested one arm on the arm of the chair, and pressed her cheek, rubbing Eri's hair.

Blake had restricted them for the first time in their relationship and forbade them to go out these days. But none of them resented it. They knew the reason behind Blake's move.

"Uhh.. Okay." Eri didn't want to embarrass them. She nodded obediently.

''Good girl. Let me get you a snack." Nemuri grinned, baring her teeth. After ruffling the girl's hair, she got up and headed to the kitchen.

Fuyumi smoothed her hair with both hands. She rubbed her hair lightly before following Nemuri behind.

Eri watched the backs of the two girls heading for the kitchen. Her hands went to her hair. She could feel the unique touch of the two women. Their touch was different, but the warmth they instilled in her was the same.

The trio was having a good time downstairs. Teka was in her room at this time. She was sitting on the bed, crossing one leg over the other. Her laptop was on her legs and she was staring at the computer with her frowned brows.

Her dimly lit blue eyes flickered and she glanced at the clock in the corner of the computer.

13.00

There were 59 hours left before the battle. Her time was running out. Even without panic, she felt the urge to rush. As she continued to stare at the clock, the speed of movement of her fingers increased. When she wasn't looking at the screen, she was doing a thousand-word correspondence with dozens of people in her e-mail.

Her correspondents were people who could help her or had connections with people who could help her.

Rather than correspond with them, she told them that she needed help and could give them 0.01% of the company's stock if they could help him.

The ratio may be small, but even this ratio could make a person a millionaire, or even a billionaire. Not only that, but as a shareholder of her mother company, they had many advantages and could stand out from their peers and become a true elite.

There were a lot of people who only wanted to earn 0.01% and Teka had seen it with her own eyes.

Some introduced him to their acquaintances. A few of them had made up lies claiming to know the people Teka was talking about at the time, and they skimmed that lie and thought of nothing else.

Now they were so sorry that they didn't know those people.

After Teka sent them writing, she got instant feedback from some of them. She called the numbers and spoke to those people.

All this took 5 hours. 54 hours into battle, she finished her speech and sat hard on the bed. She threw herself back, put her arm on her forehead, and was lost in thought.

None of them were as strong as she wanted. The strong ones did not have a reliable personality. Powerful yet lustful, weak and brazen, strong yet cowardly, powerless and a liar, the list went on and on. None of the powerful were capable of fighting a Nomu.

She knew she was asking for a lot, but she had strict standards for something where death eventually happened.

"Sighhhh*....." She gave a muffled sigh. It was on the walls of the room. The room in her view was very dark. The figure lying on the bed needed help.

Teka felt herself moving alone in a dark area. The result of her progress would be possible death, and she tried to hold on to a light source to prevent it, but the light sources she was trying to grasp were not strong and glowing enough to cope with the darkness.

1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours… as the hours continued, Teka's thought process continued. Her head was starting to hurt and her stomach was starting to feel nauseous from overthinking. Still, she didn't stop thinking and straining her brain.

Her mood grew darker with each passing second. The frown seemed to settle on her forehead. She was straining her prominent wrinkles.

On a side note, she had not taken the Rejuvenating Medicine for the past month and her body was losing to old age because of it. The back pain was getting unbearable, she was starting to feel a mild cold that hadn't been sick since she was born.

And worst of all, her two lively breasts were really sagging.

Teka did not have the luxury of time. Every minute, even a second, was important to her and she had to use it in the most efficient way.

Just because of this way of thinking, her body had reached a stage where the medicine could no longer act. Even if she used the medicine now, she would remain in this state and would not regain her former perfect figure.

Did she care? No. She didn't have the luxury to care.

Teka took a deep breath and intended to get up. She placed her hands on either side of the bed and lifted her body.

"My back…" Teka touched her back with a bitter expression. Herniated disc, back pain, bone pain, and various pains suddenly appeared, and the pain she felt for the first time was more painful than she thought.

Still, she endured the pain and stood up. Despite all the age factors, her arrogant gaze was as bright as ever, her body wanted to bend and hunched over, but Teka prevented it and continued to stand upright.

She started walking forward. In a few strides, she reached the table where she placed her computer, and after holding it under with one hand, aligned it in front of her face.

22.00

50 hours left. Battle time was getting shorter and closer. Teka could not understand how time passed so quickly, there were only 72 hours left, and now she had 50 hours left. She had only 2 hours left to complete the first day, but she still hadn't found anyone to save her from this dead end.

Teka left the room with the computer in her hand and headed for the living room. She went down the stairs, stopped by the kitchen for a few minutes to prepare coffee, then sat down in the single chair with a hot cup of coffee in her hand and continued her research.

The moon was turning westward, and the morning light of the rising sun from the east gave the sky an orange-yellow hue.

As the sun became more prominent in the sky, the people of Japan were not as calm as yesterday.

The number of cars on the road was noticeably reduced. There were very few people on the sidewalks and no stores were open, including famous brands. Everyone was confined to their homes, and the only thing Japan lacked were the sagebrushs roaming the streets.

The human famine was caused by what happened last night.

Consistent theories of conspiracy theorists had spread, thanks to various news channels, social media sites, and outsiders. There was no such thing as a forever kept secret in this world, and any information would leak out, even to a certain audience.

But despite this, there should not have been such a serious shortage of people. There were people in this world who admired and loved Blake after all, or people who hated All Might despite everything he did. There would always be rebels who wanted to leave the herd of lambs, or the ignorant people would not believe it and go on with their lives.

Despite all this, the reason why people didn't go out was because of what happened this morning.

U.A, the center of the heroes of the future, continued their uninterrupted training during this month. There were rumors that Class 1-A was fighting a certain villain, and Class 1-A was reportedly empty.

Although Class 1-A, which was the main focus of U.A, was not there, they continued their U.A education and continued to train other students every day.

This morning, however, the U.A. had closed its doors. Each of students was turned away. According to the students, the U.A. had entered a state of alert. The closed doors were supported by steel pillars, the walls were closed with electrified wires.

Those who heard this had gone to the U.A. to confirm. And it really happened as it was said, and more. Various Drones were flying through the air, remotely controlled guns and cameras were placed all over the wall.

This created a domino effect and in just one hour all schools, banks etc. closed themselves and went on hold.

This sudden isolation was the height of tension in Japan, and people panicked and left their workplaces, left their vehicles on the road, or fled home, throwing away whatever they were doing.

They didn't even check to see if they had enough supplies, and the people of Japan locked themselves in the house.

The conspiracy theories turned out to be true. The villain were preparing for a great war. This was not a simple war, there were tanks, planes, even Nomu. Knowing how terrible the Nomu were, the People of Japan had put everything aside and locked up at home.

They didn't even check their supplies. Some sharp-witted, apocalyptic movie lovers, or those who were just planning for it, realized it was their time to shine and rushed to the nearest mall for supplies and bought what they could.

For the Japanese people, who later realized this, it was too late to rectify the situation. Markets, shopping malls and similar places were on the defensive and were not accepting even the most innocent customer.

Everyone was closed and waiting for the war to happen. They would wait a day, two days, even a week, as long as needed. They would wait until the U.A. could open their doors and lower their defenses.

One of the reasons for all this, Teka took a last sip of her coffee with the morning lights illuminating the interior through the curtains and started working with both hands.

She had put aside asking for help from the heroes. By the time the 24 hours were up, she had put aside seeking human help. She had set aside one day for this work and did not want to waste any more unnecessary effort and valuable time.

Unable to get help from human, she began to control her satellites, hoping for help from mechanical.

With a ubiquitous arm, a few of Teka's companies were interested in space and satellites. Reaching out into space, Teka had ten satellites of her own and controlled them.

The reason she didn't do it all along was because each satellite would require a lot of money, manpower, and approval to fire up, even for her. If she could find human power, she wouldn't want to use satellites.

But now she had no other choice. There was no one to help her. Even if it wasn't a last resort, the satellites would be her ultimate helpers.

She hacked into satellite systems and checked the status of their satellites.

"Good…" She let out a sigh of relief with a small smile. Each of her ten satellites was fully charged and without any missing or wearing parts. She should be able to shoot 100 rays with all their energy.

She sighed with relief. It was like a load had been lifted from her. All the pain she was having disappeared in an instant and was replaced by relief. She leaned back in her chair, her eyes curled into crescent moons.

Her fingers were constantly moving, completing approval processes, transferring money and managing people. She wrote out one order after another, without letting any of her subordinate question her.

After half an hour everything was ready. With a single button, she could fire satellites and get her to help.

Dit! Dit! Dit!

However, before she could fully experience her happiness, a red notification appeared on the screen. She froze with a smile on her face, the feeling of relief vanishing until there was nothing left.

Dit! Dit! Plop!

The red notification disappeared after flashing a few times and was replaced by a text.

[It's a pain to waste this early, but I can't let you cheat in our battle, Teka Todoroki. I'm confiscating your satellites for a few days. I hope you understand, I know you can have them as you want after you beat me. Who knows, maybe I'll beat you and they'll belong to me. -A.F.O]

Teka watched silently as everything went back to normal one by one. Approvals were revoked, money was returned, and people were ordered not to be touched. A worm was even inserted into the mapping system of the satellites so that Teka would not be able to bond with the earth even if she retake the satellites.

Grg!

Teka's clenched teeth made a harsh sound, her hands clenched into fists and clenched to reveal veins. Her eyes were flashing with a dangerous light. Without her careful control, her mood would make her hair turn yellow and burn this house until there was no dust left.

Teka closed her eyes and calmed her fluctuating emotions with an emotionless expression. Her clenched fists loosened. She opened her eyes slightly and glanced at the clock.

7:48 a.m in the morning

Another day passed and forty hours remained. She had less than two days, and she did not have the luxury to live out her anger.

With an emotionless expression, she closed the satellite control tab. Her fingers were moving faster than usual, making a hard "click" sound when she pressed the keys. A deep scowl hung on her face, illuminated by the blue light of her computer screen, her eyes concealed rage, anger, malice.

A very small amount of desperation lay in the very depths of her eyes.

Time began to flow once again. The girls woke up and went downstairs. When they saw her condition, they looked at each other. They sighed helplessly. They weren't sure what had happened to Teka, and this time she wasn't even telling them.

For the first time, the girls realized what Blake meant to them other than being the man they loved. He was the bridge between them and the unifier in situations like this. By forcing them if necessary, he learned the cause of their bad moods and helped them.

The girls sat at the dinner table and began to eat. Due to Blake's absence and Teka's mood, the food was not as good as before.

Fuyumi stopped eating and bit her lower lip with a distressed expression. She wanted to know the reason for Teka's mood, but her expression, especially her eyes, which flashed and faded with frightening rage, frightened her.

"After all, I wasn't that close to her after all." Fuyumi sighed in disappointment. She thought she were close with Teka, she thought she was closer with her than a granddaughter-grandmother.

But reality was not like that. She was afraid to even approach her right now. Also, Teka wouldn't tell her and the others about her problem. The steps they had taken against each other for months had been in vain.

But that was not the case at all. They were as close as Fuyumi thought, but Teka consciously avoided telling them her problems, similar to Blake.

The girls' problems were her problems, but Teka's problems were hers alone. She would never tell those she cared about and would never drag them with her no matter what. Right now that was true, the girls didn't need to know such a thing.

This was how it had been until this time, and the only person who could break it was Blake.

Teka continued to write, not knowing that she was upsetting Fuyumi and the girls. In the midst of her writing, the girls finished their meal and began to prepare for the upcoming battle.

They were aware of the war long before. Blake had told them about the preparations the night she first encountered them, and they had been preparing ever since.

They were preparing to respond to the ensuing chaos. They wanted to help people as the "True Hero" that Blake had given them and was proud of.

Most importantly, they wanted to protect their families in this chaos. They wanted to protect their precious families together by fighting shoulder to shoulder with them, not the protected ones.

At noon, Fuyumi went out with Rumi to bring her mother with them. Knowing how Blake felt for Rei, they weren't going to leave her alone in the hospital.

Rumi did not feel the need to call her family. Every single person on the island of Usagiyama was a warrior, and they would not fall easily. Telling them to come and hide with them would be an insult to them, and if Rumi were in such a situation, she wouldn't want to hide either.

Nemuri did not do this because her family had passed away long ago.

Nejire called her family and told them to come. However, her father refused, saying that she would protect the seas in the coming war, that she would cooperate with the police if necessary, and that her mother would take care of the wounded.

"Mom, dad… please… please come." Nejire's voice was trembling. Grabbing the phone, her figure shrank, tears forming at the corners of her eyes. Her family could die in the impending chaos, and she didn't want to see it.

Nejire's voice broke the girls' hearts. Even Teka stopped what she was doing and raised an eyebrow at the fragile figure talking on the phone.

"No, Nejire. As a doctor, I cannot run away from potential wounded people."

"Nejire, it's not just about them. I'm doing this because a villain I can catch means your safety."

BANG!

Nejire slammed her hand on the table. The girls stopped what they were doing, the people on the other side of the phone were muted.

"I don't want to be sa-safe. I-I have the power to protect myself... I have the...Gulp* power. B-Blake trained me. I-I am very strong. Come home… let me protect you this time… I beg you." Nejire's voice took on a husky tone. She swallowed hard between her words. Two strips of water ran down her cheeks.

She was gritting her teeth. Her beautiful face had a wrenching expression on her beautiful face that Blake always wanted her to laugh and smile at. Her whole body was trembling violently, starting with her hand hitting the table. In the eyes of the girls, Nejire was like a wounded and frightened gazelle.

''Nejire-''

Nejire heard the other party speak again to make excuses. Her crying deepened. But before she could continue, someone took the phone from her hand.

If only she didn't feel the long nails and soft hands of the person who took the phone, she thought it was Blake. Again, when she needed him the most, he appeared behind her and thought he would speak for her.

But when she looked over her shoulder, she saw that it was Teka. Teka had the phone against her cheek. When she met her eyes, she tilted her head slightly to the side and held out her hand with a warm smile. She wiped the tears down her cheeks.

"Hello." She spoke as she continued to stare at her and wipe her tears.

"O-Oh, is that you Teka-aneki. Very good. Could you please tell Nejire why we can't come to? My-" Ms. Hado tried to explain her reasons, but Teka didn't want to waste time listening to her.

It wasn't about time. She had stopped thinking for time. She had stopped listening to her because she would not accept any sentence but yes.

"Shut up." Teka spat these words out as she continued with a warm smile at Nejire. Her fingers ran over her soft cheeks and wiped the trace of wetness. She wiped the other part with the knuckle of her finger.

The other side was silent as she said. Ms. Hado could not understand why Teka was so aggressive. For a moment she thought she was talking to a mother hen protecting her chicks.

No, in this case, it was a tigress protecting her cubs. Her warm voice carried a harsh and authoritative tone that he could not resist. After her words, however resentful she was at her words, she did not dare to utter a word.

"You two will come here obediently."

"I-I can't, Teka-Aneki, I have to help potential innocent patients."

"Me too, villain..."

"I'm not requesting you." Teka interrupted her words again. Whether it was her words or her demeanor, she left no room for agreement and pressured the two to do as she was told.

'You have to do this. Will you come here with your consent, or shall I drag you here after I knock you out? Choose one." Teka was serious, she would drag them here if they kept giving negative answers or making excuses.

She was grateful to the two of them, but Nejire was more precious to Teka than they were, and if they kept making her cry like this, she would beat them both to tears.

"Teka-aneki, please listen-"

"So you chose this path. I'm coming there.''

''Accept! Accept! We are coming!''

''Very Well. Be here soon." Teka hung up and placed it in Nejire's hand. She rubbed her hair, revealing a sincere smile as Nejire wiped the tears from her eyes with one hand.

After Teka had done her business, she sat down on the couch, put the computer on her knees, and went about her business while the girls were staring.

It didn't take long for Mr. and Mrs. Hado to arrive at Blake's house. When the two entered the house, the first thing they saw was Nejire, her cheeks puffed up and looking at them with childish anger. She had her fisted hands on either side of her waist, scowling at them with a scowl.

Mrs. and Mr. Hado dropped to their knees and bowed their necks with distressed expressions. They had seen Nejire's red eyes, instantly realized their mistake, and guiltily awaited the rebuke that would come.

Nejire stared at them for a moment. Her chest was heaving with anger, and her heart was beating with anger. They worried her a lot. She wanted to scold them, she wanted to shout at them, but a wave of anger was rising.

"Hmhp!" But she didn't do any of that. She turned her head and walked to her room reproachfully. The two stood up, telling her to stop and scold them, but Nejire didn't. She ran up the stairs and locked herself in the room. The two ran after her and began apologizing at the door.

The corner of Teka's lip curled up as she was fiddling with her computer. They got what they deserved. She did not pity them but rather enjoyed their situation.

**

9 p.m

27 hours left. The decisive moment was drawing nearer. In just three hours, she would have one day left, and at the end of the day, she would decide her fate and enter a battle where she was at a 99% disadvantage.

Teka was sitting on her bed. She had one leg crossed over the other and was fiddling with her computer as she had been doing lately, trying to find a solution to her predicament.

The moonlight hit her back, illuminating her proud figure amid the darkness. The front of her body was dark, and a deep scowl hung on her beautiful face, illuminated by her computer screen.

''Tsk*'' She clicked her tongue, and a bit of blood started running down the corner of her lip. She had been biting the corner of her lip so hard for the past few hours that it finally bled.

She put the computer aside and picked up her phone.

What happened? All her efforts had been in vain.

She had struggled for 45 hours nonstop, trying to find a solution, and without giving up, she sought a helping hand to get her out of this situation

But despite trying for 45+ hours, she had achieved nothing. She couldn't find anyone to help her, her satellites were taken from her. Moreover, she had tried to set traps, hire assassins, to look for technological tools that could help her.

She even contacted the Shield and ordered tools to increase her power or artificial intelligence that could help her.

People weren't strong enough. There would be dozens of Nomu on the other side, and the number of people who could fight them was not more than a hand. A few simple assassins could not kill a Nomu. Although they could kill, the assassins of this world could not.

She could respond to the villain with the villain. Even though she couldn't suppress A.F.O with the villain she had, she could fight him. However, she knew they could betray her when they met A.F.O. Also, none of them had enough power.

Technological devices had been sabotaged, seized, or denied access by the A.F.O.

This did not happen because A.F.O had stronger companies and influence than Teka. No, if we are talking about corporate power, Teka's companies deserve to be called the strongest in the world.

Despite this, A.F.O was able to interfere with Teka because he had been sacrificing the moles he had put into Teka's company for many years and used the power of Teka's companies to oppose Teka.

Teka was being beaten by her own power, and as it was her first time encountering something like this, she didn't know how to respond.

Despite all this, she did not despair. A.F.O's actions might have been squeezing her from everywhere, but they weren't heavy enough to make her despair.

Yet Teka had symptoms of depression in her heart.

She thought he could finally be happy. The disasters in the Japan Companies were over. She had a new family, her old family was united except for her son, and her husband had been actively trying to reconcile them lately.

And she was starting to mend her friendship with Blake again.

Everything was going well for her in the end. Her life was once again starting to function smoothly, free from unhappiness, depression, and other bad feelings. She thought Lady Luck was smiling at her.

However, a single speech was enough to snatch all these good from her. Her death was looming, desperately tried to find a rope to pull her out of the pit, but none of them was strong enough to pull her out of the darkness.

While scrolling on the phone, she unconsciously opened the number book and went to the bottom. She came to ''that'' number.

[Blake]

It had a family photo of her on it. It was a photograph of Nejire, Blake, Fuyumi, Nemuri, Rumi, Momo, Eri, and her. This photo was taken at the Festival. After Nejire made a "semi-marriage proposal" to Blake, she learned that they were taking pictures, and they all had a family photo taken together.

Teka initially refused but agreed to be photographed after Nejire, Fuyumi, and others insisted.

"Hah…" She smiled unconsciously, as in the photo. However, unlike in the photograph, the smile on her face was bitter and bitter.

Her moonlit figure had a sweet-bitter smile. Her hair was glowing with a red light, and her beautiful blue eyes glowing with dim light were filled with various emotions. She tilted her head to the side, staring at the photo for a while.

Her finger unconsciously went to the trick.

Blake was the strongest rope he could hold on to. Blake was unwavering, intimidated by the A.F.O., strong and determined, and most importantly, reliable enough to lean on.

She knew Blake's personality well. It was like her. He was as cold and distant as a stone to people he didn't know, but he was a generous, warm, reliable brother/boyfriend/friend to those he loved. Even to strangers, he was more trustworthy than their most trusted friends as long as they didn't mess with him, but once his reverse scale was touched, he would be more dreadful than their worst dreams, more troublesome than their worst enemy.

Such a person could save her. Whether it was for their friendship, for her and Blake's feelings for her, or his earlier words, "I'll take responsibility, just call", he would come up to her and fight her back to back as long as he was looking for her.

'Call him. Why don't you call him? Your unreliable and weak husband, and unlike your child, he could be your exit." She was so tempted that she could hear someone whispering that way in her ear. It sounded so much like her voice, that her brain, faced with danger, had devised such a self-protection program to convince her.

Every human being is greedy for life. Even the most virtuous man, when asked about death and life, will choose life. Why would they want to die? Why would they want to go into the arms of cold death when they could live for one more second?

This was the case with Teka. She was arrogant as a tiger, proud as a swan, and authoritative and domineering as a Queen. However, she was human and she wanted to live like every human being. She would spend time with her family, eat good food, mend her relationship with her husband, or choose a new life partner.

Yes, Teka has decided to admit her feelings for Blake in this state of near death. There was no small place in her heart for Blake, and maybe he would be her new life partner after all.

And it wasn't a bad idea to be a life partner with someone who looked exactly like her, like two halves of an apple.

At that thought, one corner of Teka's lip lifted. She lifted her finger that was about to touch the screen and threw the phone aside.

"I can't…" She couldn't do it for the girls, she couldn't send her grandson's loved one to death. She knew Blake was strong. She was probably stronger than Rumi and had passed All Might long ago. However, he was one person, and fighting such a powerful army with two people would mean death.

Most importantly, she couldn't do it because she loved him. He had given her nothing but care and kindness, and even though he loved her, he had not forced her or acted excessively. Slowly and surely, with infinite grace, she could not send this man to death, who had made a hole in her heart, which for others was a gigantic mountain.

"It's good." It's that good. Would she die? She was willing to die, plucking a large chunk of meat from A.F.O before she left. She was going to show him what Teka Todoroki was like and how she was the unyielding queen even in her last moments.

She wouldn't for a moment lose the queen that Blake loved and loved to see. Even in her last moments, she would engrave her name on the world, if not, she would engrave her name on the mind of her enemy and leave this world as someone whom she could call "my worst enemy".

With this thought, Teka felt her mood lighten. She threw herself back and lay on the bed. Her lava hair spread across the bed. She closed her beautiful, azure eyes, glowing in the dim light. Her thin eyelashes flickered and she fell asleep.

She was no longer seeking help. Before her impending death, she decided to fall into a sweet sleep of her will.

Five hours before the decisive battle, Teka opened her beautiful eyes as if adjusted and awoke from her slumber. As a result of sleepless weeks, suffocating days, and depressed mood, she slept for almost a day.

She was still sleepy, but there were only a few hours left before the battle. She should have gone to battle.

She could put her grandson and loved ones safe. With her influence, A.F.O wouldn't been able to touch her grandchildren and loved ones if she was careful.

But that didn't change that the main threat was still there. A.F.O was there, if he didn't go, she would live in the knowledge that he was always there and could hurt her loved ones, and she wouldn't savor a single moment of it.

From the moment A.F.O threatened her with Shoto, he had become an enemy for her to be taken down or even killed. That jackal, no, in this case, the dangerous Lion, would be more accurate, he had his teeth outstretched at his granddaughter, and the proud tigress called Teka wasn't going to sit around and watch.

Teka got up and went to the wardrobe. She started thinking about what to wear today.

She was aware that it was not a good time for choosing clothes. But she had a dancing date with Mr. Death and she couldn't look bad on that dance date. Even in her weakest state, she had to reveal her flamboyant fur.

She wore a glamorous evening dress. It was covered with glittering glitters as if bright stars were gathered in her outfit. She wore two shiny crystal neck collars around her neck and various earrings and piercings in her ears. She slicked her hair to the right and gave herself a punk vibe. She looked so hot and seductive. [EN:--->]

"Good." Realizing that she looked pretty enough to dance with Mr. Death, Teka nodded with a small smile. She smoothed the creases on the hems of her dress with her hands. She placed her hands on her hips and tilted her body to the right, emphasizing her full hips and legs.

She was dressed so beautifully that even her sagging breasts and wrinkled features were covered. Once again she was back in her beautiful Teka form.

She turned right. Without looking back, she reached the door and opened it.

Snif* Snif*

A fine scent flooded her nose. Her pupils were pulled down and there she was met with imaginary plates of ramen. Plates of ramen were steaming. It was garnished with various appetizing foods.

She was remembering this. It was the ramen that Blake offered her when Rumi was injured. She didn't have time to look at other things because she was dealing with problems in Japan in those days, but even now she remembers how good that ramen was.

Even the note from that day was hung on the edge of the plates. Her memories were fresh, brightening her mood on the swampy stifling day.

She lifted her right leg. She threw her beautiful leg, which had gone from full to thin, and tried not to step on the imaginary plates. She didn't want to harm Blake's work, even if it was just a memory piece.

Tak!

The sound of high heels was heard. She stepped forward and walked down the dim corridor. Many memories flashed before her eyes.

The image of her taking the drunk Fuyumi into the room was walking towards her. Fuyumi's goofy smile, the redness on her cheeks after kissing Blake, and the helpless expression on her face were all clear.

She passed through them. Came across another image. She saw the scene where Blake entered the bathroom while she was taking a bath, not knowing she was there. Blake was fascinated at first, but then apologized and left the room.

She saw the girls enter the room with Blake and wave at her. It was as if they were waving to both her in the past and her present.

She reached the top of the stairs, accompanied by the sound of her heels. When she went upstairs with the girls, Nejire's sleepy expression, Rumi's monotonous walks, her carrying Fuyumi in her arms or Eri, dozens of memories played in her eyes, one after another.

She began to descend through the memories. Now she realized that she had saved a lot of memories in this house. Blake had forced her to cherish memories that were dear to her, just as Blake had slipped into her heart unnoticed.

But she didn't feel resentful towards him. On the contrary, she was grateful. Making her realize that she had such precious memories, after all, made her realize that her life was not so depressing after all.

She went down the stairs. Dozens of memories greeted her.

The moment when Blake and the girls forcibly intervened in her private life and helped her play once again in the hall. She could see the moment when she was sitting with Blake and had a quiet drink, not so long ago, and so much more.

Or she could see the scene where she ate the food Blake had prepared for her recently, the scene where she prepared food with him, and many more in the kitchen.

She remembered not only the memories of Blake but also her experiences with the girls. For example, yesterday's events, and dinners with the girls, each of them happened before their eyes.

She smiled. Her smile was the prettiest she's ever had. It came from the bottom of her heart, it contained pure bliss. It was neither too big nor too small. It was a perfect smile physically, emotionally, and visually. If an artist could paint this smile, he could call it the greatest masterpiece of his life.

Teka made her way to the door with the perfect smile. Her sassy hips curved from right to left. It didn't take long to reach the door. She stopped for a moment, took a deep breath, and tried to open the door.

Pat!

But before she could do that, her arm grabbed. Teka raised her eyebrows, turned her head, and looked at the person holding her.

Fuyumi grabbed her hand. As if awakening from hypnosis, she looked at the hand she had grasped, then at her. Her ears turned red, she lowered her head but did not let go of her hand.

"G-Grandma... w-where are you going? O-Outside is getting more and more dangerous. A-Also... Christmas is getting closer and closer and I want to countdown with you. ' Fuyumi said with her head bowed. She did not look at Teka from the beginning of her speech.

It wasn't because of recent events that she wasn't looking at her.

The main reason was the strange feeling she felt when she looked at Teka.

She felt that if she didn't stop Teka, she would lose her forever. The fact that Teka's sincere, melancholy smile, untouched like a baby and freed from the evils of the world, and the fact that although she had looked at them over and over again, her pensive gaze was looking at something other than them, frightened her.

Before she knew what had happened, she had jumped out of the single seat and stopped her.

Teka looked at the girl, her eyes narrowed, and with a tender expression, she raised the hand that Fuyumi was holding and caressed her cheek.

She didn't say anything. She just continued to caress. She looked behind Fuyumi. The girls and Mr. and Mrs. Hado had risen from their seats with worried expressions and were looking at her.

''Stay here. Things are going to get a little messy tonight."

She shrugged her hand. Fuyumi staggered back, stopped her movements by holding the wall, and looked at Teka, who was about to walk out the door.

''Grandma-''

''Don't follow me. If you do, I will do my best to separate you from Blake." Teka stepped out the door and closed it behind her. The words she left behind surprised not only Fuyumi but the others as well.

Fuyumi did her best to balance her stance. Shew was watching Teka's back the entire time. She ignored her word and ran to the door. She opened the door and opened her mouth to call out to Teka.

However, there was no one there. As in the last days, the streets were clear of people and she could not see Teka anywhere.

''Grandmother.''

**

At one of A.F.O's headquarters, A.F.O had an eerie smile of amusement on his scarcely found face. He propped his elbows on the edge of the seat and folded them in front of his face.

"Get started."

''HA!''

His words were accompanied by dozens of shouts. A.F.O's smile widened. He was staring at the screen in front of him as if he could see.

On the huge screen in front of him was an enlarged map of Japan. Japan was covered in green, the color of security.

Blink!

All of a sudden, a region of Japan turned red. The city of Kagawa had replaced its green color with red, and it was glaring like a pimple all over the screen.

Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink! Blink!

All of Japan has lost its green color as if A.F.O's order had triggered something. It turned green into red and was getting darker and darker. The smallest parts of it, even the islands, had turned red.

A.F.O. nodded in satisfaction. He parted his lips. His muffled voice, with an eerie sense of amusement, echoed in the dark room.

"Let's go to our battle and give Japan and then the world a nice Christmas surprise."

''HA!!''

Along with the orders, dozens of people were teleported from the headquarters with A.F.O. It left an eerie silence behind.

On the computer screen, one could see that only one area remained green if looked carefully. The green, which was among the reds, was able to maintain its beautiful color despite all that had happened.

However, as soon as A.F.O and the others in the room teleported, this area turned red.

With that, the plans were complete. The war that was to shake the world had begun, and sooner more would begin. The biggest New Year's surprise in the history of Japan was made, but it was unknown whether they would like it.
