"Times change," I shrugged in amusement. "Besides, isn't this better than me sulking and sobbing about wanting to die? I honestly feel better right now. And I kind of want to hold on to this feeling for a while longer." Cause god knows when I'll get into another depressive episode again. "Also, don't worry about Lise. She'll get her turn later."

"What?"

I snickered at my own machinations as I felt Lise quickly remove her cheek from my head. The surprise in her tone was obvious, of course, but did she seriously not see this coming?

"You do realize that if Anna is a part of this, then she'll deserve to know at least some of your own insecurities and problems?" I pointed out. "Not to mention that she's already going to let it out right now, the best we could do is reciprocate, correct?"
