In 2024, a sick and lonely 19 years old kid who is reading the final chapter of MHA {My Hero Academy}, he put down his phone saw the outside world. Everyone is busy running while he is suffering from strange disease. He just wanted to live a normal life i.e. talk, eat, walk, sleep, make friends, go to college, enjoy but fate had other plans for him. He had serious disease diagnosed by doctor by then the only entertainment is manga, anime and novels.
He read them again and again. When he wanted to get some water he felt a sudden pain in the chest his eyes closed. "So this is how I die".
He was seeing pure darkness then a light appeared and an angel with 8 wings appeared in front of his soul.
The angel "Kid do you want a second chance in life"
'A second chance he was every excited to hear that'
He answered" yes, can I go back to earth?"
He showed a hopeful expression .The angel looked at him and answered" no but I can send you to an another world "
The angel showed a list and several names appeared which are very familiar to him

He thought Naruto is powerful but too dangerous so no,
Black clover is not completed yet,

Jujutsu Kaiser is either better too op like GoJo is better or no .Let' chose MHA I have enough time until a big war and gives enough time to prepare.

The Angel "NOW START FILLING THE DETAILS"
He looked at the page to fill many details such as age, timeline, area of transmigration etc.
He choose the same timeline as Izuku, he choose the area hear the city Izuku not the same to not interpret canon early.
He choose 3 years and 11 months as his age because at age 4 people will awaken quirks.
He completed some details and gave to the angel
