Kapitel 28: "Shh shh shh stay still. Don't move,"

You know the saying 'don't ask questions you don't want answers to'? Well, Luo Muchen now understood it very well.

He felt so annoyed that he didn't want to talk anymore. He had no idea that these two were having sleepovers and Qie Xieling didn't invite him not even once.

His rational mind was telling him not to say anything anymore but he couldn't help it. "Why don't you invite me to a sleepover next time?" he said and Qie Xieling chuckled with his back vibrating from laughter.

"Will your mother let you? Uh... you are so funny... Good night," he said and Luo Muchen couldn't really say anything after that.

"Good night," he whispered back appearing calm but his heart was in turmoil. Not because of what Qie Xieling said but because he was nervous about sleeping together all of a sudden. He felt butterflies in his stomach and his heart was racing uncontrollably.
