Kapitel 1: 'Love Expert'

"With that said, you are all dismissed " Mrs Vegan said, as soon as the electric bell rang indicating the close of school.

Lexi quickly stuffs her books into her black and white mini panda like bag, and together with her best friend Ivy walks out of the classroom, strolling towards the school's exit.

"ughhh, thank God classes are over" Ivy growled "I could have sworn I nearly died of boredom". She added, causing Lexi to burst out in laughter.

"Ivy, do you really have to be so dramatic?, I mean Mrs vegan literally chatted with us all through her period, she didn't actually teach anything today, yet your grumbling about how you nearly died of boredom. Maybe if you did die, I would do my best to take care of him for you". Lexi replied pointing her index finger at Ivy's crush, while still laughing hysterically.

Ivy blushed as she tried to hush her friend, afore anyone else heard her. "Don't....." before she could finish speaking, a masculine voice interrupted her "I hope you ladies haven't been up to any mischief?" Roy, Lexi's chauffeur questioned, staring intently at them.

"Of course not!" both girls yelled at the same time, bursting into laughter again.

Roy shook his head, half in disbelief, and the other, in the thought of ever believing, these girls.

"Let's get going, you don't want to keep your parents waiting do you?"

He walked towards the side of the back seat door, and gently but swiftly opened it, before stepping aside for the girls to get in.

He revved the car engine, locked the car doors, and in a jiffy hit the road. Lexi lazily bent over, and with one hand outstretched, switched on the automotive head unit, before changing it to her favourite music band, 'Savage divas'.

"Young miss, don't you know it's dangerous to do that when someone is driving? Something bad could have happened to you then....

"Well nothing bad happened to me right?" Lexi asked, interrupting Roy, "Besides I'm now old enough to take care of myself ".

Roy opened his mouth to say something, but closed it immediately and slightly increased the volume, to hide his chagrin.

He could only drive, and sometimes peek at the girls through the rear view mirror.

Everyone kept mute, until Ivy started screaming the lyrics of the song at the top of her voice, sounding like a chicken in distress. At first Lexi stared at her best friend in amusement, but after a while she joined in, dancing to the tune like a disabled person.

Lexi wound down the car window, and winked at a guy, whose eyes popped out in shock and admiration "Hi!! beautiful, can we be friends? " Kim asked with high hopes of dating the President's daughter.

"Nope, your definitely not my type" she replied sarcastically, leaving Kim dumbfounded.

"She just rejected me, how could she do such a thing to someone as handsome and cool as me?". Kim cursed, not believing what happened.

"That blockhead, simply doesn't know good taste, after all, what business do I have with an ugly dragon like her".

"Did you see how stupid he looked when you said no?" Ivy asked revisualising what happened, few minutes ago.

"I hope his finally learnt his lesson" she added, then briefly hugged Lexi.

"How about we party after school tomorrow?" Lexi whispered

"yeah I guess we could try that new club at castor hotel" Ivy suggested

"you promise to be there right?" Lexi asked

"yes i promise" she stated firmly. "Ok then, bye, can't wait to see you tomorrow" Ivy waved as she stepped out of the car.

With Ivy gone Roy became reassured that he could finally perform his job in a through and through manner. "Now let's get you home shall we ? and do you mind taking your legs off the seats, or would you rather explain yourself to your parents?" he asked in his usual british accent.

"urgghh" Lexi groaned in annoyance but still did as she was told. Not minding him anymore, she quietly commended herself for teaching kim a savory lesson, he deserved.

'Serves that blockhead. Next time he wouldnt use the beauty and innocence of a girl to underestimate her beastly side'.

Apparently Kim Harlod was Ivy's previous boyfriend, in other words, he was her EX. They had met at a party, organised by the school proprietor, Mrs Kimberly, strictly for only students of Sterlin Star Academy.

He seemed like a nice, rich and decent but not so handsome guy from a nobel family. While sipping from his drink, Kim noticed Ivy in a white , silky and skimpy dress, dancing wildly with her friends to the loud beats of the song. Without any hesitation he approached her, and asked if he could dance with her, which Ivy readily agreed to.

Later on after the party, they both exchanged contact information, before heading to their various homes, and like a candle that slowly burns, their friendship gradually developed into an enviable relationship, that every single person noticed.

Although Lexi didnt trust kim, seeing her best friend really happy made her shake such an unreasonable thought out of her mind. days became weeks, aand later on months, gradually revealing both couples real characters.

Ivy had two problems, she was stubborn and gullible when it came to love related cases.

Though Lexi tried severally to talk to Ivy about Kim being the wrong guy for her, all her efforts proved futile.

"Can't you see his using you? I know you love him and he makes your head spin like a tornado, but that guy is just a pesty pervet,and sooner or later he will dump you for someone else."

"Don't call him that!" Ivy snapped, "There is no way he'll do such a thing to me, he loves me lexi, he really does."

"what if your wrong ?" Lexi asked evidently annoyed, "Since when did you become a love expert? Well if its him you trust, then go ahead and do whatever you want, this is exactly why i dont give a sh*t about love."

After, their little quarrel, both girls avoided each other for nearly two weeks, that was up until Ivy showed up at Lexi's house in tears...

She gently sighs

SCREEECHHHHHH!

"Lexi get down now!!" Roy screamed, instantly jerking Lexi out of her thoughts.
