Kapitel 100: In Disorder

"Please have a seat."

Nodding her head, Eloria Camer complied with the Emerido Crown Prince's words and sat down on one of the couches. With a little smile, Hemeri Van Hale took a seat opposite her.

"So... how is my cousin?"

As the question was entirely unexpected and surprising, Eloria Camer raised her brows. This prompted Hemeri to give her an explanation.

"You see how he practically locks himself up there. It's not easy to see him especially when he keeps on insisting to be alone."

As she knew that Hemeri had a point, Eloria gave a brief thought and said, "I was hoping that His Highness would recover by now but it isn't the case." Thinking twice, she added, "He looks pale and weak."

Eloria was flustered by how the Emerido Crown Prince did not even look surprised.

Could he also be knowing about the illness? Considering how much Hemeri Van Hale seemed to be caring for his cousins, Eloria slowly realized that it wasn't impossible.
