I moved in the direction of healing. I sat down next to her and turned to face the physician.

It's "the baby?" The doctor gave me a dejected face as I softly questioned

I grasped her hand as the doctor explained, "I'm sorry, but due to the trauma she sustained, she lost the baby."

Did you give everything a shot? She nodded as I asked.

The doctor said, "We did our very best," as I turned to face Sarah.

I inquired as the doctor sighed, "When will she wake up?"

She told me, "Hopefully in a few hours, but she also may never wake," as tears streamed down my cheeks.

As the doctor left and Ethan took his place, I responded, "Thanks." "I might lose her, Ethan."

"No, I won't let that happen!" Calling his magic in his direction, Ethan said.

I inquired as he tapped the rose mark, "Is it working?" She sat up as I watched her choke and gasp. I encircled Sarah with my arms and yelled, "Sarah!"
