Kapitel 25: Lost Childhood

I yelled out "Eric," rummaging through the closet in search of a frock for the party. "Have you seen that dress I wore to the party?"

I laughed as I moved toward the bed, and he called, "Yeah, it's on the bed."

I screamed, "Thanks," and grabbed the dress.

Eric approached me and said, "I have some business in town, but I'll be back in an hour." He kissed me on the cheek and hurried out of the room. I slipped on the black dress and heels. The black masquerade mask that was supporting it was picked up. I turned it silver using my wizardry. I placed it on the bed while ponytailing my curly hair.

I shouted, "Sarah," as I saw Daniel enter the room through the window.

"Daniel, you can't be here!" As panic filled my violet eyes, I muttered.

Daniel pushed me in the direction of the window, saying, "I'm not leaving without you."

I muttered, "Daniel, I can't," as he put his lips on mine, silencing me. As the kiss intensified, I felt a warm glow rush through me.
