Kapitel 2: CHAPTER 2: MATE
Ziah heard sounds of two men, but couldn't see them. Who are they she asked herself, but the pain of the wound was making her lose the senses. Then a presence approached her and she was now getting a new feeling, a feeling of hope but why she wondered.
"She's my mate" said a handsome young man with red eyes and his gaze on the girl was so strong and full of love. Then he turned to look at his guard who was so shocked from the Prince's statement that he couldn't stop his mouth from falling.
"What do you mean your highness? Mate? How?" The guard named Ashley asked in awe as his gaze was playing from the prince to the human girl lying on the ground who looked like death was hovering around her soon to attack her life.
"I just feel it, my instincts tell me that she's mine. My other half that will complete me, my mate" Raven sounded serious that the guard was now really surprised. And then Raven went straight to her neck and his fangs came out so sharp like nails wanting to pierce Ziah's skin. But Ashley had to stop him
"Your highness what if she's not your mate?"he sounded worried but the prince didn't turn to Face him, he just tugged his hair and said
"If she's not then am wrong, all I know is that she's mine. Anyway if she's my mate then after I bite her she'll be saved right " he finished and this time headed straight to the neck and his fangs sunk on her skin and he started to draw blood from her.
Ziah now shocked with another pain was confused what's happening? What's this new pain that's incredibly good? Is this death or is it time to fly to the sky? Ziah had endless questions but now she was getting weak and suddenly she fainted lets say she died. Raven pulled out and watched the lifelessly girl
"She's dead prince we must leave now" Ashley broke off the silence and Raven stood and gave Ziah a final glance before turning his back so he can leave but after walking for four steps he felt something weird so he turned quickly and everyone followed the line of his sight and it was amazing. Ziah was now engulfed in a Gold and red glow Which had made her float on sky, her hair started turning silver and she looked so perfect. Raven and Ashley were both awed by the beauty she was emitting
"So she's really your mate" Ashley spoke and Raven didn't reply but his gaze was fixed on the girl above her but suddenly she started falling down and Raven was so quick to catch her in his arms.
"Let's go back to the castle" Raven sounded serious and there was a hint of worry in his voice then he leapt and Ashley just followed behind and in seconds they reached the castle and Raven brought the girl to his room and laid her on the bed so she can rest. Ashley came in to give him som news which Raven was expecting
"The Queen has heard that you've brought a girl in your room and she was about to come here but I stopped her and in return she wants you to go see her" Ashley told Raven with curiosity in his eyes trying to catch the reaction in the Prince's face but no nothing came.
"I'll go just guard her with your life, if anything happens tell me immediately" Raven gave orders and disappeared. Ashley was getting hit by shocks from time to time, his prince was now caring about women to the point of telling his most loyal and personal guard to protect the girl.
Raven in the hall with his mother queen Samantha, Raven kept a strong gaze onto his mother's eyes which had the expression "I won't take no or silence as an answer" from the queen.
No words came out from both of them until the prince finally said " I know you already know so ask me what you really want to know mother".
"Who's she Raven that you brought her to your room? Do you love her? Oh my Raven is finally in love? Can I see her? I want to see her the girl who has melted my iron son's heart" the queen spoke with nothing but happiness and excitement on her face. She has never seen Raven bring a girl in his room never, whenever he needed women to pleasure him he would go to a brothel in disguise but never had he ever brought a woman there so this was a very happy news for her. Will she be my in law or how she's wishing for that girl to be her future daughter in law and get her and the king grandchildren.
"Ah mom it's a long story" Raven destroyed the queen's mood but she was not going to stop now nooo she screamed inside.
"Raven, I have the time come on tell me. Don't I deserve to know anything?" She was now getting emotional and Raven had no way but to explain everything and how he felt she was his mate and him hers. How she died after he suck her blood which made her transform to a new being but certainly powerful and that now he's waiting for her to wake up and try to understand her.
The queen was shocked and wowed but happy 'this daughter in law is really cool the more reasons I want to meet her oh I can't wait' she screamed inside but she had to ask "so can I see her tomorrow Raven?"
"No let her settle first" Raven again making her feel down but she wasn't going to back down now or ever. "I'll come tomorrow evening Raven and you can't stop me" she stood up and touched his jaw and left. Raven rushed back to the room and signaled Ashley to just go, when he entered he saw her looking so beautiful with her silver hair. He looked at her and then went to the sofa to rest.
Next morning, Ziah opened her eyes and was surprised with a sting on her head but it settled and suddenly some backlashes were coming of her running for her dear life. Being shot, dying and feeling a bit and now she's in a spacious room all alone but she is sure that she died but why is she alive. But she was feeling so hot and in a swift quick move she removed her cloak and was now naked but she didn't care as she was caught up in her questions and body heat. Without knowledge she finally managed to hear steps that sounded from outside and they looked like they were coming her way, so she grabbed the cloak and covered her body.
The door opened and Raven was there shocked to see the girl fully awake and in lots of surprise. But after Raven got in and closed the door behind him,as quick as lightning Ziah appeared on his face and held his throat,
"Who are you? Where am I? What's this?" Ziah asked her voice calm but her eyes glow and her hair also glow.
