Kapitel 33: If you want to, I wont stop you

Xu Jingli was all smiles as he walked towards him and Lu Fang found this strange. He asked, "What made you so happy?"

Although Lu Fang was his assistant, he felt more like a friend or a brother Xu Jingli never had. He stared at the man who was still holding his prostrate exam results and his mood was lifted even more,

"My mother-in-law approves of me."

Lu Fang was surprised, "What?"

Xu Jingli repeated, "I just met my mother-in-law and she has just told me to take care of her daughter, that is approval, right?"

Lu Fang did not have the heart to break his heart because in Xu Jingli's life, being happy was not on the roster.

His happiness right now seemed very genuine and Lu Fang was secretly glad although he would never let it show on his face.

Xu Jingli skipped happily towards the car. He was truly enjoying himself.

Once in the car, Lu Fang drove slower than usual as he studied the smile on Xu Jingli's face.
