Kapitel 1045: Side Story 10

Runge subconsciously pursed his lips when the ball approached his lips. Guoguo asked in confusion, "Uncle Runge, why aren't you eating?"

Tangtang who was looking at them with his head tilted up said, "This can't be eaten. Who would consume an energy stone directly?"

"Why not?" Guoguo tilted her head down and insisted. "There is tons of powerful energy within it and wouldn't it be absorbed better if he eats it?"

"This is not food." Tangtang looked at her with a deadpan face. "This is similar to a stone and Uncle Runge can't eat it either based on its size."

Guoguo lowered her eyes and said with a sad expression, "I thought that Uncle Runge could eat it…"

Runge could not bear to see Guoguo upset and so, he said, "I can try using my mental energy to absorb it."

Guoguo excitedly nodded her head in response.

Runge put her down, grabbed the ball, and started adjusting his mental energy after sitting down.
