Kapitel 255: Pointy End

Prince Qui wanted to make sure that Tianshi Xue would be able to at least disarm and run from whoever was going to try to attack her. So he took her to one of the more private rooms inside of the palace. A clear space wherein they would be able to move freely without having to worry if they were going to break something probably too expensive.

"You're crazy," said Tianshi Xue when Prince Qui placed a small wooden knife on her palm. "I'm not going to use this!"

Tianshi Xue might have envisioned herself in a drama wherein she would be this bad-ass leather jacket wearing woman who rode her red or black motorbike everyday—living life on the edge on the very presence of death--and was working as an assassin. But she never thought that she would actually cut someone. Strike, for sure. But slice? Oh, she was not a fan.
