To elucidate, the + [word] refers to the prerequisite to raising the Soul Core's rank; here's what it means.
A person with a Dormant Soul (considered a normal human) needs to cultivate or accumulate [Oriforce] to fill his or her Soul Core. After meeting the right conditions, the Soul Core will be strengthened to the next level. (Dormant to Novice).
+Blessed Heart – This refers to the Dungeons/Labyrinth's Boss Monster's heart. From Rank 1: Novice Soul, it is required to reach Rank 2: Blessed Soul.
+Weight of Deeds – This refers to a challenge that can be accessed in some ways given the right conditions. In this challenge, which has no specifics, the challenger must decide on what path he or she should take in certain scenarios.
It will reflect on his or her Soul Core. Hence, the name Karmic Soul.
Whatever lies beyond depends on what happens in this trial.
+Self-Covenant – In the name of a god, he or she shall vow and it must be upheld at all cost. Depending on the vow, breaking it will result in a life-threatening penalty or even excruciating death.
Upon upholding the "vow" at least 180 days after it's been declared, he or she could proceed to advance from Karmic Soul to Founded Soul.
