PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FLYING CITY
GAS EXTRACTOR AND CONVERTER
Utilizes the same principle as the artificial tree which captures CO2 from the atmosphere and stores it underground. This one however captures atmospheric gases, converts it into helium or hydrogen and stores it in a Hollow Space.
HOLLOW SPACE FOR GAS STORAGE (AND HYDROGEN GAS)
This hollow space exists to utilize the principles of buoyancy and flotation used in ships. Hydrogen Gas and Helium Gas are light gases that can be used to make Balloons float. Helium is less combustible in comparison to hydrogen. Storing Hydrogen or Helium in the Hollow Space lightens the overall weight of the city(if it doesn't make it float).
OMNIDIRECTIONAL THRUSTERS
These will be placed all around the city. On all sides including above and below. A bit of the Hydrogen stored will be used for propulsion. The omnidirectional thrusters will be used to control the direction the city moves in by utilizing and controlling directional thruster energy output.
SUPPORTING PILLARS
Due to the hollow space for Gas Storage, supporting pillars of some sort of supporting structure will need to be erected to support the overall structure of the city.

SKY ISLAND
The basic building block of the Sky City. Contains all the principles of the mechanical structure Part I and Part II.
SOLAR PANEL:
Extracts Solar Energy for use in everyday living. Also serves as a supplementary source of energy to support propulsion. Main source of energy propulsion in the daytime. The Hydrogen Gas' main purpose is for buoyancy and to lighten the weight of the city but it can serve as a supplementary source of energy to support the city when necessary.
CONNECTING BRIDGES/TUBES
Sky Islands can be augmented/fused to create Sky Cities. A single island can be built upon the principles of necessary infrastructure i.e a self-sustaining unit. We could also have Sky Islands dedicated to a specific purpose such as a type dedicated to Medicine, another dedicated to Recreation, another dedicated to Residential Areas. Connecting Tubes ie Bridges allow for travel between Sky Islands within the same vicinity. One could also resort to the use of Airships, Aeroplanes etc.
NOTE: Constructing some Sky Islands dedicated to support forrest life can also be a sustainable development goal.

If the concept of Sky Islands and Satellites that serve as Human Habitats, Space Colonies or Industries in Space were to be applied, then there is the possibility for a gradual expansion of the current limit of space exploration and by that I mean the current distance limit one can travel from earth into space.
The Satellites or Sky Islands could also be utilized as Transit Points allowing Mankind to construct more of these in deeper space via the use of the new limit gained by construction of these Islands or Satellites.
Then the new Islands or Satellites could be further used as relay points to construct more of these further in space allowing us to gradually break out of our current limits in terms of Space Exploration.
