Kapitel 97: Chapter 97: Lyra Alone [1]

Lyra raised the half empty bottle of water in her hand up to her mouth. She felt the cool moisture if the liquid flush and stream down her throat, washing away her thirst along with it.

By the time she was done, there was an empty bottle where once was full. Without a second thought, Lyra flicked her wrist and discarded the waste.

Her bright sapphire eyes coldly swept through her surroundings keenly. A wide and expansive underground cave speed around her from all directions. The high and tall rocky ceiling dawned far above her figure which was small in comparison.

Lyra was sitted on a jagged rock and leaning forward. A worn out cloak that was tattered at the hem was draped over her body, hiding her tattered and burnt garment that was underneath. Next to her was a small backpack that seemed almost half empty, leaning against the same rock she was sitting on.
