Loki adjusted the uncomfortable mask on his face, tugging at the edges with frustration. The intricate, leather-bound design rubbed his skin raw. His fingers twitched nervously as he fumbled with it, feeling every bit of the irritation it caused.

"Why the hell do I have to wear something so uncomfortable, Nameless?" Loki muttered, his voice muffled by the mask. His annoyance was palpable, his tone edging toward genuine frustration as he looked sideways at the masked figure beside him.
