Logan furrowed his brow, puzzled. "What does that have to do with me?" he asked, his eyes shifting toward his brother-in-law, Fisher. He couldn't make sense of it. What could the Greymane family's business possibly have to do with him?

Fisher, without wasting time on formalities, locked eyes with Logan and said bluntly, "It's about you and my sister's marriage."

Logan's jaw dropped, the word "marriage" hanging in the air like a sudden thunderclap.

"Marriage?" he repeated, almost in disbelief.

Why was marriage suddenly being discussed? Especially when he hadn't even given it much thought.

Fisher leaned forward, his voice stern as his expression darkened. "You mean to tell me you've never considered marrying my sister, Jane? After all this time?"

Caught off guard by Fisher's intensity, Logan shook his head rapidly, his voice rising defensively. "No, no! It's not like that!"
