Shi Tian was being serious that he simply wanted to rest on the sideline and let the others do the hard work.

However, just because he wanted to rest, doesn't mean others would let him rest.

Throughout the entire situation, he had his reputation list opened, his eyes locking on the crucial people.

And to his surprise, Phoebe didn't seem to take it to heart when she realized her scheme might end in failure. It was quite clear that she didn't blame Shi Tian for the sudden change of situation. 

With that information, Shi Tian held Phoebe in a somewhat good rank. 

As for Theobold, the value remained the same, meaning it was either that he was no longer that important to him or that he was no longer his obstacle. Shi Tian was leaning on the latter, considering that their paths rarely crossed each other. 

So long as he minded his position, Theobold would also do the same.
