"Caissie! Caissie!" Adam shouts and gives her artificial breathing, by kissing her.

But, nothing works.

'Damn it, don't you dare to die Cassandra' he said in his heart as he headed towards the driver seat.Adam was inside the hatchet but Cassie started to act weird.

"Cassie that's scaring me, it's not funny, okay?" Adam said thinking it was a prank she is trying to pull.

But, "Help," she says again and then blinks.

Her eyes return back to normal, but they're still wide and black. "I'm doing an experiment."

"On me?" he asks.

"On myself."

Adam stares at her for a moment,

"I made tek implants and put them in my head," she says. "So I can feel…things. Sea creatures. There's one here—" She waves an arm vaguely at the water. "It's hurt. I can feel it. Actually, it's hard not to feel it. It…feels like it's me."
