The announcement on King Trevor's sudden visit came as a surprise to everyone in the room.

"Why is King Trevor here?"

Ivy asks while she fears the subsequent events that follow her.

Then the Crown Prince told them the story about how King Trevor had saved them from a difficult situation by rescuing Prince Berry's life as King Odiet (who had a grudge against the duke) wanted the duke in exchange if Prince Berry were to die.

Once the duke heard the crown prince's story, he bangs his fist and yelled

"That Blubber Odiet! I should've killed him all those years ago."

"In return for his help, King Trevor had requested me to arrange a meeting for him with Master. However, he did not share his purpose for the meeting.

And seeing that he is here right after the incident at the cathedral, I'm guessing that the subject of discussion might be about the discovery of Ivy being a witch.
