Xi Ming was an emperor who had no care for the people, killed at will, and started unnecessary wars, which led to the gradual decline of the dynasty. However, unlike Gu Yan from the previous world, Xi Ming was not inherently evil. He had a tragic backstory that caused him to become a cruel tyrant.
