In the unending darkness, his eyes twitched rapidly. As the dead began to fall like dominoes and pile up across the landscape, vultures began to circle the sky, their claws waiting to grab the bodies. The wind blew across the landscape, the sand in it hitting everyone as sharp as a knife, while the sounds of killing filled the landscape.
