Snow Wind City is a large city under the control of Snow Mountain Temple. The cold winds blowing from the Northern Ice Field, uplifted by Snow Ridge Mountain, results in exceptionally heavy rainfall in Snow Wind City, thereby shaping the unique scenery of the Snow Ridge.

Snow Wind City is the largest city at the foot of Snow Ridge Mountain. Zhang Chi chose to come here, a decision only made after comprehensive considerations.
